The staff are friendly and helpful especially front desk,the beach is within walking distance, nevertheless the building have old vibe but with modern amenities and Chrystal clean room also they upgrade my room on request of the owner luckily I pump with him at the reception Mr Hashim,truly Malabar person with his hospitable behaviour and charm,he’s also the grandson of the oldest company in Calicut dealing with dhow making since 1885.He took me to his marine museum of which has depth’s history and information on marine life period on Indian Ocean.They also providing breakfast.Overall my stay was excellent and enjoyable.will recommend to all

The rooms were clean and tidy. Housekeeping was good as well.

The staff managing the morning breakfast counter were very rude and one of them even was fighting with another staff when we complained about some items not being refilled, he bluntly said those are finished, but on checking with reception they promptly got those refilled and brought some to our rooms as we left the breakfast room. That particular staff then took a plate full of bread, cornflakes and eggs and left, came back a while later stuffed with food in his mouth, a very awkward thing to see. That was the only exception in what was otherwise a pleasant stay

Location was near the railway station 🚉 Easy access to different parts of Calicut

Price is bit higher compared to facilities and services. Their room service is not good. Specially food service. We ordered just tea from them and it was not as standard as a Kerala tea.

Location is very closer to beach ie around 5 min walking towards beach and some good restaurants are very nearby.

Break fast was not bad with limited number of items and some of the guests were asking for additional items. Location is very near to the beach but beach view was not available

Toilet was a little bit smelly and the toiletries were not up to the mark.

The hotel was clean and staff was good. They let us check-in early than the scheduled time.

We didn't get the exact room that we selected at the time of booking. For the price, complimentary breakfast could have a better spread.

We had breakfast only one day and it was very good - Just as at home. The rooms were clean. Staff were cooperative and helpful. The hotel is very close to the beach and the famous Mithai Theruvu.

The floor in the bathroom was a little slippery. The ambiance in the hotel although is good, the views from the windows are not that pleasing.

It was clean, the bathroom was awesome, and the overall stay was very comfortable.

Breakfast could have been slightly better especially Kerela food.

The hotel is very clean. The room was big and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide water bottle. The beach is within walking distance about 400m. Its close to some good restaurant. I requested for laundry service and clothes were given back on the same day, nicely packed.

The surrounding streets are not up to expectation but you can walk along the side road and can easily find a tok-tok.
