We arrived in the middle of the night (after 3:00am) to be told they wanted cash, they don’t deal with Booking.com, they don’t offer card facilities and offered to take me to an ATM next door for cash, where in the car park we were surrounded by 5-6 men coming out of the dark, instead suggested looking at the room first, taken in the dark up the stairs to the fourth level, walked to the furtherest room in the building and he opened the door but no lights worked so said we would leave and needed a transfer back to the airport (as travelling onto another island that morning). He walked down the street and came back with a van of people, who dropped us back to safety at the airport for a fee.

No hot water, terrible bathroom vacilities

That it was 1.8 kilometers from the airport so we could walk to it.. it had Aircon.

There was no hot water and I really wanted a shower when I spoke to the staff about this was told it was too late to do anything about it it was 9pm. The light in the bathroom didn't work The bedside lamp didn't work We couldn't get the TV or the Wi-Fi going.. The ad advertisers a restaurant but their restaurant is closed down.

Close to the airport, spacious room, friendly and helpful staff including security guards, convenient location with lots of amenities nearby

Doesn't take electronic card payment, English speaking staff not always there so had trouble communicating, fumes from nearby factory came inside room

Although we were so happy someone was there to let us in at 1am due to flight delay and that the room was clean and tidy, the beds were not comfortable and so we didn't have adequate rest before our domestic flight. The beds were like hard boards and this should be clarified on Booking.com as we are used to a mattress.
