Only stayed overnight and didn't have the breakfast but the room was great, overlooking the golf course, .bed was comfortable and the location very quiet.The manager was very accommodating so I'll definitely stay there again on my next trip to Cootamundra.
A cheaper room option would have been nice but I think they were fully booked because of Easter

Warning to elderly travellers to organise downstairs apartment. No offer of assistance made to take luggage up stairs. This is a problem for older folk.

No welcome on arrival. Storing credit card details ‘it’s very secure’ but not told why this was necessary.
Variations to the room being serviced coffee and tea not being replenished.
lack of power points- you need to unplug the microwave to use the kettle. the microwave takes up the desk space.
No hot water in bathroom basin.
You can hear people in rooms above walking in their room.
No barbecue, clock radio or telephone as advertised.
The fridge is very small.
I was meant to stay for another week, but canceled after the first night.

Wonderful big space for a family of four, great to have a full kitchen and nice tranquil view over the golf course. Lady at reception very friendly and helpful.
Very poor sound insulation. We had a downstairs 2 bedroom villa and could hear every word and.movement from the unit above us. Not an issue for one night but would definitely ask for an upstairs one if we were to stay again.

This is a very well appointed motel with excellent facilities and a great aspect looking out over the golf course. It was an easy stroll into town through wide streets and parks. Great place to have a bike!

breakfast ok . Toast would be more appropriate than a muffin .
problem with hot water . Took 5 minutes plus to run hot , particularly with the bathroom sink .
Shower a bit better , although the nozzle seemed to spray instead of running freely .
In relation to the sink taps , hot and cold labels would be good .
Pungent smell in the foyer .

The Breakfast box. I would have preferred a delivered hot breakfast or non at all and go to a cafe in town.
If you are going to provide a mini bar, then somr alcoholic options should be included

This was our third stay at Cootamundra Heritage Motel and Apartments and as usual it was a lovely visit. The rooms are always clean and stocked with everything you need ie mugs, bowls, kettle etc. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, they’re so comfortable. The staff are happy and friendly.
The wifi wasn’t very reliable but we were on holidays so we didn’t want to watch much anyway. It was much nicer watching the kangaroos and beautiful birds on the fairway of the golf course instead.

Lovely location, woke to some kangaroos and birds outside. Very clean and comfortable.

The service at reception was the first pleasant surprise. We were unaware of the Stay Vouchers from Service NSW and these were suggested by Reception. They allowed us to get into our room while we sorted out our vouchers.
We have never arrived to a place that the rooms look exactly as how they are advertise. Clean, modern and spacious.
Room service accommodated to our busy scheduled and always very happy to help in ant way.
Perhaps the noisy mini bar-fridge but otherwise very pleasant stay.
