I don’t think I liked a thing in the hotel to be honest

Pretty much everything. But the worst two things I must note here is the miserable fan in the room which made almost no difference and should be upgraded asap and the room door doesn’t lock from inside so you have to sleep with your door unlocked, very uncomfortable.

The room was not ready at 12:00, when it was supposed to. The receptionist explained that the check-in time was starting from 14:00, but this is not what was stated on Booking. Instead of apologizing and giving us an alternative room which was already cleaned and available, she made us wait for two hours until the previous guests left our room and the staff cleaned it, and blamed it on Booking. As a guest, I am not interested in knowing why my room is not available when it is supposed to. I just need my room to be ready. In the room, there was too much light in the night because the door did not shut completely and there was an internal window to the corridor.

could be a bit noisy at times but us close to main square and there is some refurbishment going on but no complaints

such a lovely room with my own balcony and en-suite. staff were so friendly and was an excellent location. bed was very comfy too :)

there was a mosquito in my bathroom and the balcony rails were very rickety

A bit complicated to understand that reception is in the hotel nearby. I think you should send an e-mail to visitors informing about it.

Great location in Portocolom and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the bay.

If you are looking for a good night sleep, you won´t find it here. Throughout the entire night people scream, sing and step through the noisy hallways. It was impossible for us to sleep through the night. Also the hallway smelled of cannabis the entire day and we could hear every word our neighbours were saying. Our private bathroom across the hallway was very dirty and the mould was present in the shower.

Noisy place!! Every day some Spanish people fighting, terrible. The pictures on the booking website dont look like the actual rooms, not at all. There was a map of mold on the walls and ceiling as well.

Clean basic accommodation with nice bathroom and new microwave-really well situated.

Staff at JS suites really didn’t want to know; windows and doors not very secure; WiFi didn’t work.

I was in the Hostal, but the magnifique breakfast was in the JS Portocolom Suites Hotel(new and opened 10 days ago) !!! Incredible, it was amazing! I could also use the very beautiful swimmingpool! Paula of the reception was really friendly, thank you! Nice place!
