Well, to start your stay at the house you have to find it first. The location here on booking.com is incorrect. You find the house in a gated community right at Palmar public beach. The first impression of the complex of houses is very mixed: some are renovated, some are not. Unfortunately the offered house belongs to the latter category. The complex has a nice big Pool and is right across the street of a really lovely small beach (Palmar public beach) When we arrived we were simply shocked. Some windows were open so that many moscitos were inside, the beds were only partially made and the towels were still drying on the balcony (and still wet the next day). We first considered to shorten our five day stay but made our peace with the house due to the great location and the spacious pool. In the end we stayed for the booked period of time. Still, we think it necessary to mention the following (to know what to expect will surely help). The location though does not excuse the following but explains the reasonable price of the house: The house itself is very dingy, the furniture gives the impression of being the used and discarded ones of the owner. When you sit on the already low sofa you sink even lower and feel every spring in your bottom. The dinner table is a wobbly glass platter on 4 stilts and no fixation what so ever, it was quite dangerous with 2 kids around. The kitchen has ample supplies of dishes, none matches the other and you have about 20 plates but only 3 deep dishes for breakfast. There is only hot water in the shower of the upstairs bathroom. Neither kitchen sink, downstairs shower and sink, nor upstairs sink have warm water which made shaving for my husband quite difficult (read bowl in the sink with water from shower). The matresses are old (also give the impression of the owners old ones). All in all: great location, the Pool is very nice but the house is in dire need of renovation!

Villa was very clean and quiet complex..walking distance from beach,all rooms was equip with Aircon .. very friendly welcome

The villa is well equipped, all what you need is there. The location is great in case you want to enjoy a relaxing time, but still close to a few good restaurants and some activities. I would 100% recommend you stay in this villa!
