ElyRose ist ein kürzlich renoviertes, geräumiges und sonnendurchflutetes Apartment im 5. Stock (mit Aufzug) eines eleganten alten Gebäudes, nur wenige Meter von Santa Maria Maggiore, einer der vier wichtigsten Basiliken in Rom, entfernt, im lebhaften Monti Bezirk, nur 150 m von den U-Bahn-Stationen Vittorio Emanuele (Linie A) und 250 m von der Station Cavour (Linie B) entfernt. Es liegt genau in der Mitte des Kolosseums und des Bahnhofs Termini. Dieses 120 m² große Apartment ist die beste Wahl, um Ihren Aufenthalt in der Ewigen Stadt zu genießen, da es nur wenige Gehminuten von vielen touristischen Attraktionen entfernt ist und die Gegend voller Weinbars, Restaurants und Geschäfte ist. Wir stehen Ihnen vor und während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung, um Ihren Aufenthalt in unserem Haus zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen. Wir können den Abholservice vom und zum Flughafen und zum Hafen von Civitavecchia, hausgemachte italienische Gerichte und geführte Touren organisieren.
Das Apartment besteht aus 2 großen und 1 kleineren Schlafzimmern: einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, in dem ein Einzelbett leicht zu einem Puff zusammengelegt werden kann; ein Dreibettzimmer mit einem Kingsize- und einem Einzelbett oder 3 Einzelbetten; und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett. Das ElyRose House verfügt über 2 moderne und elegante Badezimmer (eines mit einer Hydromassage-Badewanne, die auch als Dusche genutzt werden kann, das andere mit einer großen Dusche). Darüber hinaus gibt es ein großes, helles und voll ausgestattetes Esszimmer mit kompletter Küchenausstattung und Zugang zur fantastischen Terrasse, auf der Sie unvergessliche Momente verbringen können! Jedes Schlafzimmer hat einen individuellen Zugang zu seinem Balkon. Die Wohnung zeichnet sich durch originelle, schöne und farbenfrohe Marmorböden und hohe Gewölbedecken aus. Es ist voll ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage (in jedem Zimmer!), Wi-Fi-Internetverbindung und 3 SAT-TV mit ca. 200 internationalen Kanälen.

We could not have been happier with our stay in Rome! Everything was great, from the check in, to the place itself, to the functioning AC!! The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony overlooking the city capped it all off. The beds were comfortable. It’s on the 5th floor and the elevator is tiny so we got our exercise and walked up most the time. Very safe and secure building tho. I would recommend this place all day every day. Oh and the

Our stay here was wonderful! The location is perfect / very safe - close to many major attractions. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. The apartment itself was great - it has everything you need. It has air conditioning which was great with the hot weather. The communication from Cinzia & Sandro was outstanding! They make sure your stay is perfect. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Cinzia was a wonderful host in Rome. The apartment is well located and it was easy to get where we needed to go from there. The balcony was amazing! We spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the fabulous views. Cinzia recommended a guide who we hired for a tour and it was wonderful, the highlight of our trip! We highly recommend this apartment!

This place has so much character to it! Definitely check out the church next door, it is beautiful! Even though we only stayed one night, our last night in Italy, it was spacious enough for 6 of us. Appreciated the bottle of wine left or us that we shared on the patio. It is a short distance to the Rome Termini if using transportation. Gabrele, was so friendly and helpful in checking us in and setting up our transportation to the airport. Wish we had more time to spend there.

Property was as advertised, very friendly hosts, excellent communication and very helpful with local information. They booked our cab for us for our early morning flight to the airport at the end of our stay. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

This place was perfect. 15 minute easy walk to the train station, lots of restaurants nearby, and can walk everywhere and we did. We even walked 35 minutes to the Vatican along the river.
The space itself was great for the 6 of us. Two bathrooms were key and laundry was a bonus. The hosts were very accommodating. We utilized the large balcony every evening. Such a comfortable place to return to after a long day of site seeing. We also felt very safe.
If we ever return to Rome, I would definitely rent here again.

It’s rare to find a place that is better than advertised, if there are any this is it! The terrace was beautiful, the rooms were larger than you’d expect, all the amenities and more were included. This was a perfect gem and we’d stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place.

Beautiful apartment with stunning terrace. Managers were amazing, communication excellent, helped us arrange airport transfer. They even supplied a baby chair and baby cot in our rooms as well as a baby seat for the car ride.

The host was kind to leave several coffee pods for our early mornings and the balcony was a nice spot when it was sunny.

This apartment is very nice. Close to Roma Termini and a short walk to the Colosseum and Monti area. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay longer. Needed a place for an overnight on the way home from Sicily.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, very clean, beautiful views from the balcony and from the terrace. It is centrally located. Can easily walk to all major landmarks and historical sites. The property managers were so pleasant to work with. They were so accommodating letting us keep our bags there before check in. The location, Apartment and location were all excellent.
Cinzia was excellent as well as Giovanni helping with everything possible.
Would however consider the recommendation if you have small children.
The complex is very strict with no noise before 8am which was difficult for us as our children were waking up at 6:30am onwards.
When kids are excited which we have four of, it was difficult for us to keep them silent which was the only downfall of our stay, as we had two complaints placed on our door over multiple days which were generic complaints written about noise and shifting furniture.
In the second complaint, I do not believe it was a warranted complaint.
These complaints left us feeling a bit anxious during the morning to the point we felt the apartment, other owners simply were not interested in short stay.

We had a fantastic time in this lovely apartment in an ideal location. The hosts were so helpful when we had problems with airline delays and needed help with drivers to handle multiple arrivals late at night. And a bottle of wine too!

Apartment is just as described and has huge windows, multiple little terraces and super high ceilings.
It is a 5 floor apartment - our legs sure felt those stairs! but there is an elevator available for you to use if needed and for luggage!
We found the apartment very well stocked, even with extras that we had not been expecting and some
Helpful things past guests had left behind. There were guidebooks and reading books and even some
Toiletries.
We walked everywhere during our stay and found the location very convenient for everything that we wanted to do and also felt safe.
Our hosts were so helpful and even helped us arrange a car to get us all to the airport.

Location was close to train station and not far from Colosseum. Good size place with balcony. Hosts were great - communicated with us before and during our stay. They helped get a car service for our very early flight to leave. Recommend this place to everyone!

As you will see from the photos and the other reviews. This place is a lovely home, well located in Rome. The more you sit in the home the more you notice small details that make the experience so very homey. We were greeted and oriented by the host in a very warm and familiar way and it is clear that this is a family-run property. I want to thank them for being so accommodating over the Christmas holiday and for including special touches that we would never have had at a hotel at Christmas. Enjoy your stay!

We spent one night here before our cruise and one night after our cruise. We really appreciated how much the host was willing to help with setting up various transportation. They also provided a phone in the apartment to call them if there were any problems. We were glad that we stayed here while in Rome.

The apartment is a GREAT location. Kitchen is well equipped. And the apartment is historic but well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are updated.

We stayed 3 nights in this apartment and we enjoyed it. 12 minute walk to Coliseum and close to metro, so easy access to things. The apartment was comfortable and adequate for the 4 of us adults. Could use some touchups here and there. Also, proximity to Termin train station was both good and bad.We walked our bags to the train station for our train but the couple of blocks around Termini are kinda seedy. Kitchen had very basic cooking items. AC worked greatr, waterer pressure was great, and the patio was a delight. Would stay there again.

The place was beautiful and clean. Alot of great shops and restaurants in the area. The host also offered a van transfer to Fiumicino Airport which was very helpful, they picked us up at 0645 in the morning. Unfortunately the elevators were broken the day we arrived (they were actively doing repairs when we arrived), note that this apartment is on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a challenge taking our luggage up. The checkout process was a bit confusing because you needed keys to open 2 sets of doors in the front of the building to get out, a mistake on our part was not asking how we would get out of the building and where to return the keys. We almost locked ourselves in the lobby since we left the keys in the apartment and we couldn’t open the front doors and couldn’t go back to the apartment to get the keys, luckily someone walked in and opened the doors. Other than that the place was beautiful, the balcony was a very nice touch.

Sandro was extremely helpful when we arrived in making sure we understood everything about the apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment wonderfully decorated with enough space for our group of 7. Every detail was taken into account. It is close to most things for walking. The furthest is the Vatican which is about a 40 min walk. I would come back again

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. There were even two small balconies on the back side of the apartment looking into the middle of a building which was so adorable. These weren’t shown in the photos so it was a fun surprise!
Elisa and the team were so incredibly helpful during our check in process (we had a couple different arrival times) and they were so accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend this stay.

The property was great, the host didn't meet with us, she let us drop our luggage and we were met with someone who didn't speak english. We had to pay taxes in Euros before we left and the host asked us in a note to leave at 10 am sharp, I guess because we dropped luggage early.
