large room with balcony. very helpful reception staff.

only cold water showers ( and yes it was switched on at the wall ). windows were filthy. Breakfasts were tiny. No fruit juice. They took 20 mins on both days to deliver a tasteless small omelette. Hotel was very overpriced for the standards

The safe didn't work. The AC unit did not seem to work at all. I had it set at 17 and the room never got lower than 30. The phone in the room didn't work. TV had maybe 3 channels that would occasionally just go out. WiFi was so slow it was pretty unusable. Overall it was a convenient place to stay but the price, especially in Africa - is insane given all the above.

Location is really central to the hotspots - really easy to find an uber/bolt/regular taxi. Suite was actually quite big, big bathroom and big kitchen as well.

The suite was very large spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which was included in the price of the stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was close to many local attractions such as the Black Star Square and Osu Castle, all of which are in walking distance.

The internet service was not reliable.

The hotel can come to pick you in airport, included in the night price, and even is able to provide food arriving late after flight. The room are big and nicely equipped, it's close to the ocean in a quiet area. The staff is very friendly.

There was no warm water in my room.

Staff was super friendly and very helpful in guiding me and helping me get things I needed but didn't know where to get cause I'm not a local. Room was big and bathroom was big too. The view from our window was really nice, and AC worked well. Room was clean. Mind you, hotels on Accra are not cheap, so this one was good value for money, but by no means luxurious or anything. The location is good if you want to go to bars and restaurants in Osu.

The bed is very uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Decor is obviously outdated, but I didn't mind, since it was clean.

Breakfast and the staff were perfect. We loved the locals in the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. The fruit stand lady across the street was very nice so please say hi to her and her little girl.

the breakfast was okay. it was made off site and delivered to the room. second time I have stayed here at short notice and they are very accommodating we arrived late on good Friday after our original booking at another property messed our booking up. these guys helped us with a room right away.

I walked into a dark front room with no lights and a security guard who controlled the lights and AC. He didn't speak much and found myself trying to squeeze sounds out of him. The luminous light filled the room as the attendant waltz down a flight of stairs to his post. He was eloquent and professional and its the only reason I completed my booking. He escorted us to the room while filling us with information however the TV was poor with no channels. Breakfast was good as promised. Without the beginning hick-ups it's a good experience.
