Magnificent 6br/6bth home w/ IN-GROUND HEATED POOL & Luggage Lift!
Wunderschöne sechs Schlafzimmer, sechs Badezimmer, geräumiges Haus. Der neue beheizte / gekühlte Pool ist bereit für die kommende Hochsaison! Beachvolleyballplatz auch im Hinterhof !! (Vermietung von Sonntag bis Sonntag in den Jahreszeiten mit min. Aufenthalt von 7 Tagen) Blick auf den Atlantik von der zweiten Etage Balkon und sehr kurzer Weg zum Strand Zugang auf die Straße. Zwei große Familie Gebieten zu helfen, jeden glücklich machen, falls "die" Fußball ist und nicht jeder, um das Spiel zu sehen wünscht. Beide verfügen über Flachbild-TV natürlich. Sie können auch auf den Kamin ab und entspannen Sie sich in der ersten Etage Familienbereich .... oder ziehen Sie sich in eines der zwei Schlafzimmer eigene Show in der die Treppe hinunter Meister zu sehen, oder nehmen Sie ein Nickerchen nach dem Strand! Vier Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein eigenes Badezimmer mit WC; Ein-Zimmer ist mit einem Bad angebracht, aber andere Gäste haben außerdem die Möglichkeit dieses Bad über eine weitere Tür und das letzte Schlafzimmer ist nur wenige Schritte von der Bad Hall.

From the moment we made our reservation, Edisto Beach Vacation Rentals kept us well informed on all the details from check in to local events and attractions.
Just Breathe was an amazing house in the most perfect of locations, just a short walk across Palmetto Boulevard to the beach. We were also within walking distance to amazing restaurants and local shops, yet our street was quiet with very little traffic.
The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and well appointed. We spent hours at the beautiful pool. enjoyed spirited volleyball games in the backyard as well as board games and movies in the wonderful entertainment area on the ground level. Just Breathe is a beautiful house that gave us plenty of space for family time and quiet time.
I am already counting down the days to our next visit to Just Breathe and Edisto.

This house was perfect for our family! Enough bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for all of us.....and private bathrooms for the adult couples. The porches and decks, front and back, were perfect for sitting in or out of the sun any time of the day. The fenced in private back yard was a plus. And to top it off, an in-ground pool was a great addition. I knew it would be good for the kids when not on the beach, but everyone loved it! Just the right size and depth. I'm 5'9", and I could stand at the deep end with just my head and neck above the water. We plan to meet at Edisto Beach again in a couple of years, and hopefully this house will be available then. We all loved it!

This is our fifth year coming to Edistow as a family. We have stayed in the same house for the five years. We switch to just breathe this year and we will certainly continue renting this home. When you walk in you feel like you can do just that and that is to just breathe.

We got a phone call on the way down saying that the renters before us had broken the luggage lift and it wouldn't be repaired until the following day. I am 70 and my husband 78 so we really depend on that lift. We didn't want our grown children to have to carry up their luggage AND ours, too. When we arrived, Richard and Mary were at the house (in the heat and humidity) repairing the lift. They didn't have to do that on a Sunday, but they did! It was repaired and we used it moving our things in and out at the end of our week. MANY THANKS!!! Also the upstairs thermostat went out during our stay. A quick call to Brittany and she got the ball rolling for it to be fixed in a few hours. We LOVE this beach house and we really appreciate those that are caring for it and us.

We have been coming to Edisto since 1988 and have never had a better experience than at Just Breathe! The communication process was flawless. I had 2 questions before I arrived and the responsiveness was great. The checkin was all automated and worked equally flawless. Then we opened the door!
WOW is an understatement. The house was clean. The furniture and decor were updated and modern. Each of the 6 bedrooms were good sized with ample closet and dresser space for a weeks worth of belongings. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could need (including a slap chop ;)). The fridge was new and clean and there was a counter top ice maker! The ocean was a very short walk away from a nice beach access. And the POOL!!!
Perhaps the most under rated area is the outside TV room. It allowed the early risers to go downstairs/outside and be entertained without bothering the rest of the house.

Our party had a fantastic, relaxing time at "Just Breathe." We were blessed with near perfect (though HOT) weather, and had the opportunity to enjoy most of what the property had to offer. Notes to future renters that may not be clear in the description:
- the kitchen is tremendously well-stocked with everything you'd need to cook for a large group including utensils of every kind and plates enough for a small army
- There's amply parking beneath the property to shelter as many as four vehicles...it's also a great hang-out area, where there's also another TV
- Proximity to the beach is great! It's a very short walk to get to public beach access and we found it very easy to haul all our gear to the sand (pop-up tents allowed)
- A big part of our decision to stay here was the pet-friendly property and beaches of Edisto Beach; the fences in yard of the property was a real plus for us
Minor items of feedback:
- the grill was in need of a quick cleaning prior to use, which was no big deal
- not much can be done about the pool temperature (hot) when the high temps have been in the mid-90s during the day and the water cannot cool much at night; we still enjoyed it even though it was not cool
Moreover, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Just Breathe" and would recommend/return. As stated in the review title, the place was incredibly clean upon arrival, and very well presented. We did not even use a couple of the bedrooms other than to store our empty luggage for the week. Thank you for a great stay!

From new furniture, countertops, cabinets and bunk beds, Just Breathe makes a weeks vacation something special. It has easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 5 kids for the past 3 years. Open living, dining and kitchen makes gathering easy. All rooms and bathrooms have been clean and comfortable. Just one block from the beach access, private pool, wifi, and many, many more amenities. Just Breathe has been one of the best rentals we have stayed in at Edisto. We look forward to returning each year.

Perfect Vacation

Wonderful home
Just Breathe was a perfect retreat for the week. The home was beautiful and well equipped. Communication with the company was great. The home layout worked great for little kids as the upstairs can be closed off by a door. The pool was lovely and well heated even on a chilly day. We had a great stay!

Amazing Christmas Vacation
We adored our time at Just Breathe at Edisto! From the moment that we booked the property, the communication was amazing and super professional. I loved how we got everything we needed by email and we were super prepared for what to bring and what to expect when we came.
The house was spacious with all the rooms, the living room, and the kitchen. Honestly, the pictures did not do it justice for how spacious the place is. The beds were comfortable (a little firm, but our group prefers firmer) and everyone loved that they had their own rooms. The kitchen was stocked really well. We prepared to bring food to cook, so the only thing that we were not prepared for was not having storage containers to keep food in if we had leftovers. We adored the huge dining table to eat at along with play games and puzzle! We all loved the big tubs in the master bedrooms. I would say that you need to space out your showers and baths because the water would get cold. We did have some shower head issues, but we communicated to the company and they immediately sent someone out to fix it. Top notch response communication and response time!
We were so close to the beach and that was extraordinary. We had a great view from all the porches and spent the majority of the time at the beach but were able to get home in just a minute walk. Our fur babies LOVED the home, especially the fenced in back yard, and the closeness to the beach. For those that have dogs, you know how hard it is to sometime travel with dogs, and this company made it super convenient and dog friendly.
Overall, we had an amazing trip, from the communication, to the comfortability, and the convenience. We will definitely be booking again with this company. Thank you!!

Great location & property!
We had a great Christmas together as a family. The inside layout is roomy and perfect for being together. At night, we enjoyed the fire pit and sitting outside hearing the crashing waves. Great location to the beach!

Delightful family vacation
What a delightful week we had at Just Breathe. I have been coming to Edisto Beach since I was a child and will soon be 75. Just Breathe is the best vacation home that I have ever rented, including some at Jeremy Cay. It’s large enough for family reunions, clean and well kept. I love the hardwood floors throughout. The pool is an added bonus. Although we only paid to have it heated for two days we really enjoyed it. There was a minor issue when we arrived that was taken care of immediately. Richard Howse is very nice to work with and quick to take care of any issues. And I forgot to mention that the rental is pet friendly. Hopefully we will be able to stay in this lovely home again. The only thing that could possibly make it any better would be an elevator for us old folks. 😊

Second time at Just Breathe
Our family fell in love with this place last year. This is the 26th anniversary of the Davis family celebrating July 4th together (this year a little late). We also dedicated our God-child on Monday right on the beach - it was amazing!
We had a few issues with chairs being broken but the owner/property manager fixed it right away
Super close to the beach and spacious enough for our family. Can’t wait til next year 💚

Amazing home
This was the perfect house for our group. It had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our time at the beach and make sure all the kids (under 3) had a great time as well. We can’t wait to return!

We truly enjoyed our week at Just Breath. The home and the location offered everything we could ever wish for our family, friends and puppies! The beach is steps away and beautiful, the local shop provides all ingredients for great home cooking. In the home you have place for being together or just spend time on your own. We have been coming to Edisto for 10 years and this was a perfect house for our annual get together. The location was perfect with easy access to the beach and the grocery store. We love Edisto and look forward to 2020!

Excellent property for family vacation
This house provided ample space and amenities for our extended family. Comfortable and clean! We do suggest that the single beds be replaced with full size twin beds. The mattresses were two small for our 5’11” teenage son and the mattress was very hard too.

Awesome Beach House Getaway
We had a total of 7 people with our party and the house was plenty big. The private pool was a wonderful luxury to have in case we wanted to hang around the house. However, the trek to the beach was not far; just at the end of Whaley and across Palmetto Blvd was the public beach access. The house was very clean and well managed. So a big shout out to the cleaning crew and trash management of the property. Trash cans were taken to the street in the middle of the week without us having to worry. Just make sure you pack bed sheets, toilet paper, trash bags, and everything the property management company recommends. The kitchen appliances were very accommodating and worked well. We would cook meals regularly and the house had plenty of community cookware and utensils.
The house has a fantastic modern layout whereas the kitchen, dinning room and living room are all adjoining essentially creating one large space on the first floor with four private bedrooms off shooting to the tight and left. There is a cut through access road just right of the house that many tourists use for golf carts and bikes but there’s a fence blocking their view of the pool. So it feels private when you’re lounging by the pool and reading a good book.

Birthday/ Mother's Day Getaway 5/10/19
We really enjoyed our stay at "Just Breathe" on Edisto for my Wife's first Mother's Day and Birthday. There were plenty of rooms and space for our family and close friends. The pool was and fire pit were really good extra features to the house. Thanks again and we look forward to coming back in the future.

Best House Ever
This is the third year we have stayed on Edisto Island and each year we have gotten a better and better house. I don't see how we could get any better than Just Breathe though. Beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone. The new pool was the perfect temperature and brought all of our other friends over. Thanks!

Had a girl’s week at Just Breathe and loved our accommodations! The house was clean and beautifully decorated! The fenced in back yard was wonderful for the dogs! Will return if we ever get the chance.....

Wonderful home very close to beach!
Our large family loved this home and it was perfect for our blend of generations. Well appointed, decorated and with a large backyard for the kids and plenty of relaxing deck space for the adults. This was our first time to the home and to Edisto and we'd like to return to both. Great property management experience, too. Particularly enjoyed being able to go straight to the home versus check in at an office.

Simply The Best!
A wonderful, well equipped, beautifully furnished, perfectly located home away from home in a serene and relaxing environment. No wonder it's called "Just Breathe". Grab your morning coffee or evening cocktail and hang out on the front porch to watch all the herons, hawks and other birds fly over from the marsh and small lake across the street. Watch dolphins swim by and pelicans soar above at the pristine beach. Get yourself up every day to catch the amazing beachside sunrises, you'll be glad you did! An added bonus, the upper deck provides views of the ocean...can't get any better than this! Charleston is only an hour away and be sure to head to Savannah too (a 2 hour drive, but goes by quickly). This lovely home on the island of Edisto is definitely on our revisit list. It will be on yours too!

Wonderful location at Edisto
My family really enjoyed out stay at Edisto this summer. This house was perfect for our family of 8. It was a short walk to the beach and also the shops located on Jungle Rd. The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area comfortably seated all of us. The large front porch was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Edisto.

Can't get any better
we are currently renting this property and relaxing on the beach so I thought we would say a few things about the property to help anyone trying to make a decision.
1) excellent location the only thing better is if it were directly on the ocean, it is however only about 200 yards to the beach and beach access is at the end of the street
2) if you're not on the beach this house is perfect with tons on room outside with two large sitting areas on the front porch with slight ocean view, rocking chairs and a table with chairs, there is a large sun deck out back with deck chairs for 6-7 people and a few more rocking chairs, and a small private balcony with ocean view upstairs with of course more rockers.
3) huge grill on sun deck overlooking one of the prettiest yards I've ever seen for a beach rental, large enough to have a football or soccer match in bare feet on the soft grass
4) great covered hang out area under the house with picnic tables our 20+ year olds loved this area at night for just doing what they do
5) inside has two great master bedrooms one with directv and had a dvr so I didn't miss any of the champions league soccer matches or our favorite shows, the dvr was on all main tvs with a huge TV in the upstairs living area great for movies or SOCCER 😎
KITCHEN was very well equipped and the fridge was awesome
Every bedroom had their own bathroom with only one that required leaving the bedroom, this made it quick to get showers and dressed to go out to eat in the evening, most places you'd have to wait in line for a shower and hope for hot water but not here
DINING AREA large enough for 12-14 to have a seat and be together for a meal
CONS
no tv in 2nd master bedroom
And only 2 tvs total in bedrooms making it a little difficult deciding who gets which room
if families were sharing home and splitting rent it would be a coin toss for the TV
Overall awesome and we will definitely rent this place again if we come to Edisto
