the rooms were nice and comfortable, food was lovely and bar/restaurant area is nice

our tv didn’t work in the room and there were police outside our window at 1am in the morning

The food is always outstanding, really good menu but again, the food is outstanding and so much better than other places I've stayed at.

Was quite loud on the evening, could hear the bar music Lots of loud cars revving up the main road which was loud and annoying but nothing the hotel could do which I understood.

Comfortable room, with good facilities in the bar/restaurant. Food both dinner and breakfast is excellent, and always have good guest beers on tap. Bedroom is a good size with very comfortable bed and very good en-suite. Showers are great, good water pressure and temperature. I stay here regularly and staff are very friendly, and I have never had a bad experience.

WiFi can be a bit patchy.

Food in the restaurant was very good and the staff were polite and friendly. Good menu selection and good beer.

The room was so cold given the low temperatures outside, and the towel rail in the bathroom didn’t work. Bins hadn’t been emptied from the previous guest and the room could of done with a hoover.

we had room 206, the sign was right by our window and kept me up all night. it sounded like people putting their recycling bins out

Speedy check in and good welcome. Free parking outside the back door. Room very comfortable. Had an outstanding evening meal with superb table service.

Bathroom a little cramped and not too keen on the automatic light in there.

Geat staff, super friendly and helpful. Good locations that met our needs. Good breakfast.

Get hotel staff are spot on.

The only thing that let this place downs the local teenager were outside till 2.30am making a lot of noise.

The separation of the public bar to the hotel needs looking at The bathroom was shoehorned into place Room layout was poor - small tv - huge open wooden box for a wardrobe - flashing light outside the room window advertising a Turkish barber Breakfast in the morning - food was ok - but there was no tea or coffee on offer due to the machine not operational - no offer to boil a kettle -

Staff was absolutely fantastic - very kind and thoughtful. View of the hills from our window a plus. The grilled bread for the toast in the morning is OUTSTANDING.

Doors in the hallway are quite loud (one can clearly hear fellow guests entering/leaving their room and the floor). Also, the lighting in the room is too cold and the bedside lights are quite bright.

Always a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean and quiet room and a fantastic breakfast.

Bathroom was not functional, Due to the lack of air. Once you used the shower there, was lots of condensation. Black mold around the skylight. The fan only stays on when the room is in use so the moisture does not go. Exacter fan was full of dust. While using the facilities in the morning . You would get dripped on by the condensation from the skylight. This also made the floor slippery. Once you had used the shower the room became unsafe , damp and slippery. This also made all your toiletries, towels and items wet and damp when left in the room. Pillows were very flat , poor quality toilet roll.

So quiet rooms and The pub near the hotel . Good vibes and friendly

What a gem great value for money the sauna and steam room great extra surprise at the end of the day. The bar had a great selection of welsh real ales and the restaurant had a great selection on the menu, I had the steak and it was cooked perfectly, so was my breakfast the chefs and all staff were outstanding for making me feel welcomed and being well watered and fed thanks guys u were outstanding .
