Price was not right too expensive soo poor rooms.

They need to clean with More detail. Also, they need to repair AND enhace building detail

the breakfast was alright. I liked the eggs, bread/arepa and drink. it was nice that they had parking included

none of the lights in the building (besides the reception area and restaurant area) are fully on all day. the lights only turn on by sensor. at night the hotel felt scary to walk around in. there was no trash bin (except for the very tiny one in the bathroom), there were cracks along the wall, the phone in the room didn’t work. when I arrived there was no soap, toilet paper, and only one towel (I booked for 3 people in one room). I walked downstairs (since the phone didn’t work) to reception and asked for towels, soap and toilet paper. the staff was friendly and I had no issues with them.

it’s not like in the picture no hot water breakfast was very bad and not like in the pictures. feel like a cheap hostel

Room: I had to ask for a change of rooms since the one assigned had a terrible smell in the shower. They did changed it after I requested. Breakfast: It wasn’t ready at the time they mentioned it would during the check in.

After sending 3 emails over a few weeks time, MS Alto Prado never replied.  Without any warning in advance about the prices we were charged 47,50 EURO (167.700 COP) for a small laundry, which came back with some of the items not washed properly and a bikini missing a part and damaged on the topside. As a comparison, for a much bigger laundry in another hotel we paid 30.000 COP (more than 5 times less). After a long and unhelpful conversation with the reception we paid 80.000 COP. We found this amount still too high for the service. Given the damaged bikini and since not all clothes were cleaned well. But, as noted above they never replied, not even to express their apologies.  Apart from this, the check-in process took 40 minutes. This whole time we stood at the reception. There was just one other couple checking in at the same time as us and there were two reception employees. So we have no idea why it took so long.  Also, when retrieving our luggage from the luggage room we found out that our bag with food was just thrown away. Another loss. Another cost for us.  In addition, we got a different room from the one we had booked. And the windows in the room could not close fully, which resulted together with a poor air conditioner in high temperatures.
