The owners Lucienne and Remy were very nice and accommodating and welcomed us with a bottle of wine. It was too late to go to the store to buy coffee for the morning. Lucienne immediately brought us a new package. The place was impeccably clean, had upgraded features and fixtures, a nice kitchen and plenty of room to put away our things. The futon in the living room was very comfortable. The location was great in a charming little town with vineyards. The gite was very quiet and private.

The apartment Gîte du Vignoble is located at the end of the small village of Beblenheim on the famous Alsace Wine Road! The charm of this apartment lies in the fact that it is situated in a half-timbered house, built in 1733! It offers a small comfortably furnished living room, fully equipped kitchen and cozy bedroom. We are pleased to recommend future visitors to the beautiful, picturesque and colorful, historical and cultural area of Alsace and its Alsace Wine Road apartment Gîte du Vignoble!

In a building built in 1733 on the edge of the village of Beblenheim, the apartment exuded character but provided the latest amenities. Despite the language difficulties, our host couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. He even brought his granddaughter over to translate for us on the day of our departure for a lovely conversation. With a market and restaurant just down the street, everything you need is handy and the village is well located for visiting the attractions of the Alsace including Colmar, Haut Koenigsbourg and the picturesque villages of the region, although a car is necessary. In summary: a wonderful stay in a charming apartment with lovely hosts!

The shower was hard to adjust from scalding hot and the kitchen lacked some basics (wash up items, salt & pepper) but nothing we couldn't live without.
