The townhouse is cozy. We enjoyed our ski trip at the lovely place. It’s only about 10 mins away from the nearest free parking lot of ski area.
Kitchen has everything we need. Four bathrooms are very needed for a large group like us. The host would check you for any needs and respond very quickly!
Didn’t know it would have discount sometime. So make sure you check with the host for potential promotion before booking.

Great Location, Beds for a Large Group
The property is in a great location near town and the ski resort. We had beds for 4 adults and 5 kids without issue. The property is a bit dated. Kitchen is on the older side, TVs are not "Smart" hard to get to Netflix and no option for and other streaming services or cable TV that we could get to work. Grill needs to be replaced. Cozy, but worked for what we needed it for.

Ok for few days
This condo is a good spot for a big group that needs to just sleep in the house and is otherwise outside.
It was very tight with 8 people there, the kitchen was very small and some appliances were quite outdated. It served its purpose for our group.

Snowmobiling trip
We took a snowmobiling trip to steamboat springs, CO with 7 guys from different states. We usually got a hotel but not his year we decided to rent this townhouse. It was great. It had a kitchen with all appliances, utensils, cups and etc. the place was clean overall.
Cons:
The carpet was a little worn and dirty. We don’t wear shoes in our Homes. Wood flooring would be a good change.
No parking for trailers. As we brought our snowmobiles
And we had to leave our trailer unattended at a hotel near by.

Family Ski Trip
The house suited our group of ten well. Having a bathroom on each floor was definitely a plus. Master bedroom was very comfortable and quiet. The room on the ground floor was great for three young boys. Kitchen was small but well equipped. There was a decent little sledding hill right next to the home which provided some solid entertainment for the kids. Only reccompndation I’d have to the owner it’s to put some floor mats in at the main entry. It’s gets a little sloppy from snow/ski boot traffic. All in all, it was a great place for us.

Condo was a wonderful little getaway for me and my buddies. Plenty of room and very clean . I was pleasantly surprised at how polite and friendly everyone we met in the complex was . I'd definitely stay again .

Good location and amenities
The description of the property was accurate. It was a nice location being close but not too close to the main street. There were plenty of supplies like spices, cookware, towels, etc. It did get a little warm during the day but that's to be expected in July, it was nice that there were fans located in every room. There were dogs around the property so you could hear them barking but it never interrupted my sleep. I would definitely stay here again, it was a great place for our 2 families with 5 kids!

Great location
The property was located really well to all things in Steamboat. It was clean (although the carpets are in rough shape and look like they could use a cleaning). The kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. With 4 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms which meant each bedroom had their own bathroom, which is a plus. The living space is very small. There was a fold up dining table, which we couldn’t use, due to the cramped space, but since we ate out most nights, that wasn’t a big issue. If you wanted a table to sit around, to eat or play games, this probably wouldn’t work, otherwise, our party of 8 made it work. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I’d stay here again.

Family get together
Nice location easy access Provides plenty of room for four couples and 3 small kiddos.
A couple of things organize kitchen utensils and pans better and go through the pantry of food items and clean out all of the old or out of date spices etc and needs to cleaned up.
We would stay here again if the opportunity presents itself and will use iTrip again.

Great Location
Close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of sleeping space and lots of bathrooms!! Notes: be sure to check your email/spam from iTrip vacations...I missed a few. Also, there is not an air conditioner and the top floor can get a little warm late affternon/early evening in the summer, but usually cooled off in the evening with the windows open.

Very adequate housing for our group
Served our needs very well. Somewhat dated furniture, especially the sofas ( one has a large tear in the seat cushion covering, and the tv in the living room would not connect to the service provider. Good location, plenty of room and the jacuzzi tub was great.

This rental could be a real gem, but needs some love and attention
Bad news first:
1. Screens –
a. One of the windows in the Master bedroom doesn’t have any screen so the flies come in at night. Ditto for the door to the balcony. There should be screens.
b. The screen door off the common area is broken. We called to have someone come fix it, but it’s too old to fix. The entire door needs to be replaced.
2. Beds – Please get new mattresses. The mattresses are so lumpy one of our party had to go home because he couldn’t sleep on them. They are just old. Please replace.
3. Carpet – The carpet is filthy and worn out and needs to be replaced. If it isn’t replaced, there’s no reason pets couldn’t be up here. The leather couches already have holes in them.
4. Appliances –
a. Stove - the stovetop burners barely work. They have high or off and pop out of the burner holders. It’s pretty dangerous.
b. Refrigerator - The refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work. The refrigerator is old and needs to be replaced.
c. Dishwasher – It’s ancient and needs to be replaced. We are out of dishwasher soap and need more.
d. Dryer – the dryer has some sort of terrible stains in it. Either take it out and put in dryer racks (cheap) or spring for a new one.
e. Microwave – probably not up to code. Really loud with poor ventilation.
5. TV – 2 of the four don’t work. The TV in the master and main area work. The other 2 do not.
6. Linens –
a. The extra pillows in the upstairs bedroom (not Master) are stained.
b. The blankets in the main area are filthy and smelly and need to be washed.
7. BBQ – Please do a safety check on it every time you clean. It is very old and I worry that the connections to the propane may wear out and cause an explosion.
8. The living room side of the kitchen island really needs to be cleaned. Things have been spilled there and it’s filthy.
Good News
1. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms is a nice touch!
2. The bathrooms were very clean. We felt very safe with the corona virus protocols.
3. There was a nice selection of games.
4. The kitchen had some nice knives and pots.

Steamboat springs relaxing vacation
So far we are thrilled - party of 10- 4 adults and 4 teenagers and 2 children - for a summer break. The house is well equipped to sleep everyone, in this lovely , clean, tri level property. Close to town, alpine slide, strawberry hot springs, fish creek falls (amazing hike) - and amazing summer weather. Grassy outdoor area right next to the property for corn hole and a fire pit.
Management company were very responsive and available to help -
The only slight negative is kitchen and family area are not very big when all 10 of us are in there. However the bedrooms and bathrooms make up for this!

Wonderful location, each BR has a bathroom, comfy beds.
This is a fabulous location to access the town, the ski area, the Hot Springs. It is well furnished and has a lot of supplies in the kitchen. The beds were comfy, bedding and towels were clean, surfaces were clean, and there is a washer and dryer available. There’s a boatload of games, two balconies, and best of all every bedroom has its own bathroom. There is some original art which makes it homey; lots of blankets & extra towels; & enough chairs to sit together to eat (which we liked & not all rentals do). The lower level was freezing and needs a space heater-no matter how much we increased the heat upstairs & closed those vents, we could not modulate the two spaces. The carpet is worn & dirty, the paint have patches from repairs as if preparing to paint, and the tubs have caulk covering mold (I don’t like that). So perhaps they’re in the midst of some upgrading. We understand it gets a huge amount of traffic so we just made sure to wear our slippers or or socks got dirty. We really loved our stay but just like to be accurate & helpful for the next guest to know what you’re getting into. We would definitely come here again as the location was ideal and it’s hard to find bedrooms each with its own bathroom. It felt like a real home and that was appreciated.

Great Getaway
Wonderful house in a great location. It's proximity to everything was so helpful. It was cute, clean, and perfect for our group. The only thing I'd say, is the downstairs is super chilly, and often we could feel cold air coming in through the closes window in the room.

comfortable and clean but living space was a tad small
We had a great stay here during our family vacation. The dining and living area is small for the amount of people it can sleep. It worked for us since we only used the kitchen for breakfast. I think it would be tight if we were doing all our meals here. The bedrooms and bathrooms were really clean and comfortable. Bonus. They provided us with a wooden baby gate and there were plenty of baby toys for our toddler to play with.

Great condo and perfect location!
We had a wonderful time staying here while in Steamboat! Two families shared the location with plenty of space in the bedrooms but the kitchen and family room are very small. Not a big issue but no real dining area without moving couches and unfolding a table/chairs, only 4 coffee mugs and minimal silverware for a 4 bedroom condo so would recommend re-stocking. That said, overall a fantastic spot and well-positioned for town and the mountain.

Comfortable stay for a large family
Our family stayed in this townhome for a soccer tournament. We enjoyed good size bedrooms and a clean and comfortable stay. Kitchen was a bit cramped, but we didn't do any real cooking there, so we managed.

Great place to stay. Has plenty of room for at least 9 people. Comfortable. Great location at the end of the townhomes which has the added bonus of being able to park 2 cars in front of the garage. Has everything we needed for cooking. Thanks a lot to our host.
