部屋の広さは1人旅では十分でした。

ボディーソープ、シャンプー、トリートメントは前の客の使い残しを置かれていて清潔感がなくびっくりしました。使い切りサイズなので、泊まる客が変わったら新しいものに入れ替えて欲しかったです。フロントの人も「〇〇ありますか？」と聞いたら「NO」とだけ言う感じで日本のホスピタリティーに比べると劣る点が沢山あります。部屋に電子レンジが無いのでテイクアウトしたものを温めようとしても温めることができません。

The room. A warm modern, clean haven & so nice to come back to. Just perfect for a work stay - comfy bed. 711 downstairs - loved that. Really no need to waste money on anything more. Super happy with the property - better than most experiences in higher rated hotels. Was recommended by a colleague in Seoul & it was spot on. Will definitely stay again.

Staff were rude & abrasive. The buffet dinner is a waste of money & was packed up at 20:10 - even though it was advertised as 21:30 finish and was told to leave...now!. Understand language gets lost in translation but I arrived at 19:45 and this was just not fair. The assortment was lacking & not fresh. Very sad when the soft serve machine was packed up first :( Do yourself a favour, save your money & skip dinner at the hotel. Top tip - The less you engage with staff, the happier your stay will be (don't worry - they won't be falling over themselves to engage with you either).

The staff was always friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to Yeoksam station, an easy line to transfer and reach the most popular tourist attractions. Rooms were as described, as seen on pictures and always cleaned very well. I definitely recommend everything about this hotel.

Overall it is very comfy, clean and quite.

They should have the option for a small light in the room during night time. We either switch off the light or on it all. No option to just on the toilet light or even the hall light at night.

Overall the hotel was good for value, staffs were friendly and the room was clean in general, the room was a bit small but overall was still sufficient

Certain things in the room were broken, 2 to 3 of the light were broken, making the room a bit dim, while the safe was also not working, and i had to lock valuable items in my suitcase everytime i go out

Rooms are clean and all amenities were provided like toiletries and beverages. Bathroom and linens were clean. Stay was peaceful and quiet. Appreciate that there were multiple sockets available and not just limited to korean outlets so no need for adaptors.

Room temperature should be adjusted. Even though it was winter, I wish I could turn up the AC. Channels on the TV were very limited. Only had 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. Breakfast was the same everyday, could have added more selection.

The price was reasonable and competitive for business hotels.

1. Room is smaller in reality than the photos portrayed online. 2. The Front Desk as much as they try to help are really unhelpful. The English competencies is low. The Ahjumma at 7/11 and the staff at HypeBean are more fluent in English. The front desk does not seem to understand English very well. Which is quite odd. The front desk helps but their help is usually limited or rushed. They will help but never seems to resolve the problem we encounter e.g. taxi bookings etc. Hotel is NOT suitable to children. There are no connecting rooms. No special treatments/ assistance for families with young children or long stay guests. We stayed for 9 days as a guest. I would not find people staying longer than that at Yeoksam. 3. There is no microwave options available and the staff will not assist/help to microwave. 4. Housekeeping is also not very good. Some days it is not cleared properly. We also requested for the housekeeping to clear for us some things we spilled however no one came to clean. The Housekeeper only works office hours. No Housekeeper on site. For long stay guests we would expect better housekeeping.
