Хорошая чистая квартира со всем необходимым. Расположена недалеко от моря и променада. В пешей доступности супермаркет. Прям напротив неплохое кафе. С балкона открывается вид на море. Хозяин был всегда готов прийти на помощь.

Квартира располагается на 10 переоборудованном "техническом" этаже. А вот лифт идёт только до 9 этажа. В принципе один пролет не проблема, но если много багажа или детская коляска, то этот момент нужно учитывать. Подъезд достаточно "убитый", но чистый. Но это так к слову, так как оцениваем квартиру, а не подъезд.

Amazing apartment and host! very good balcony to enjoy view of the sea and for chilling at the evenings

Beqa was there to meet us which was really great because we might not have found the place otherwise. It is palatial on the inside; but the exterior is a bit intimidating. The apartment is quite large and has all the conveniences. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was bright and modern, we loved the sea view from the balcony and the master bedroom. Our boys liked their bedroom with own wardrobe, bunk bed and a double bed. Bathroom was spacious with a whirlpool bath. Very good air-conditioners in the living room and master bedroom. A great location with just a shot walk to the fountains, beach and tennis courts. A supermarket was in the same building, which was very handy too.

Lift and staircase were not the greatest, and we missed a dishwasher.

This flat seemed almost too good to be true for me, a very quiet, tidy and lovely apartment! The location is the best! Very close to the sea. The apartment has a fantastic view of the sea, waking up and seeing the sea from home made my day. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom and the kitchen were excellent. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The host is very thoughtful, wanted to share everything he knew and gave us fantastic pieces of advice and recommendations for the best places in Batumi! Many thanks to our gracious host for making our weekend so wonderful! Receiving Georgian wine as a present was another surprise! Everything was as perfect as it was shown online. We had a great time and are planning to come back again in summer! I absolutely recommend staying here!

Closeness to main boulevard. Large living room for our child to play at. Accessible host, solved all the problems right away (the gas was out in all Batumi for 2 days, so he managed to get us an electric stove and an electric teapot). There is a water heater in the apartment so if you don’t have the gas, you can use the hot water from the boiler. Jacuzzi was a nice bonus.

Noise from the main road, all bedrooms are facing it. Bedrooms are smaller then we expected from the 95 square meter apartment. Most of the sqm goes towards a large hallway and a living room. Kitchen is small, when there is more then 2 persons in it it gets crowded. It would be nice to have a dish soap and some sponges, a toothbrush glass would be nice. Towels need replacement. Shower is very small but a large jacuzzi compensates for it.
