Parking directly next to the building, strong wifi. Overall for Austria it was a bargain.

You could smell the moist in the apartment like when your enter summer house after the winter. The bed was wet and cold. The floor was dusty.

First of all, the location is great. Situated in a small village, this property offers you a big yard with playground facilities and pool. The kids will probably enjoyed it. We also enjoyed the food at the inhouse restaurant and also the breakfast which was basic but good quality. The owners are very friendly and one of them speaks perfect English. We requested to check in earlier and they did the best to help us with our request. The room was nice and comfy.

The overall cleanliness standard was good, but, just a small aspect - the floor could have been better wiped - not a big deal anyway

The environment was beautiful. There are a lot of hiking trails around Semriach. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are clear. The elevator was useful for us, cause we were travelling with a baby. Despite of the hot weather, the hotel was cool.

The breakfast was ok, but nothing interesting.

It is recommended to make a small fridge available ..
