La cena en el restaurante no cumplió mí expectativa acorde al nivel del lugar. Un trozo de vacío ligoso, incómodo para masticar, con ensalada de lechuga.

La habitación, instalaciones, trato y la vista. Básicamente todo.

Se sufrió el calor por las noches, que era el único momento en el que estábamos en el hotel. No tiene aire acondicionado y es totalmente entendible. No estaba calculado que haya más de 40 grados de calor. Más allá de eso, es un hermoso hotel.

Exquisitely designed and built, high-end, with lovely finishes and spaces. Reception staff were excellent, breakfast staff probably trainees. Reception and dining areas had great views and sense of space. Everything in the room worked well.

Wifi a little short on bandwidth. Breakfast had good eggs but lacked good cereal and the seasonal fruit comprised 2 thin slices each of orange and kiwi fruit the latter of which was not ripe. This part was not in keeping with every thing else.

The location of the hotel is on a steep sloap above the lake and the drive through is a gravel road. Better you have a solid good car to get there.

The staff at the reception is unfriendly. I have booked the room with my pet and it was mentioned on the reservation form. When I arrived and they saw that I came with my pet, they neglected me access to the room as they said that this hotel does not accept pets in the rooms, only in cabins and they were all full. I had to prepay the first night and therefore I insisted to stay for the night. I refused to leave. The receptionist was very unfriendly and did not agree that they oversaw my request for pet in the room. It was a horrible experience.
