We did like our boutique stay at the Chateau and our welcoming hosts. Rural luxury property decorated with taste, absolutely tranquil sleep with open windows, garden view, awesome breakfast vibes and high quality local products. Good location to explore the region. Host’s recommendations and advices worked very well and significantly enriched our trip. Not to mention king size bed, huge meadow with animals to stroll around, great wine selection in the minibar.

A beautiful 11th century castle with a vast garden and exceptional breakfast. Loved it. The beds were very comfortable, the hosts very helpful, gave us tips about the nature in the surrounding area and told us about the history of the beautiful building. We enjoyed watching little geese, chickens and a goat from our window. The room was beautiful well equipped and very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Take into an account that it's a bit far from any main roads or infrastructure so it takes longer to get to the cities. Also the swimming pool that is depicted on the pictures does not work (no heating) so it's not possible to use it.

Garden could have been laid out a little better. A bit of a drive to beach and supermarket....but that is France..
