Location was perfect, virtually on the beach. Beach club lounges included in accommodation price. Room older style but very clean and comfortable. We had balcony area at back of building but still a sea and sunset view. We're able to have our own picnic dinner there. Host, Anna, very friendly and helpful. Parking available. No restaurants within walking distance, but a couple 10 min. drive away. Beach club had great lunch menu. Could easily have stayed longer. Very good value for money and highly recommended.

Only downside were local young people on motor cycles and gathering in carpark next to property, very noisy at night.

Beach front, amazing view of the sea and the gulf. Hostess was amazing and did her best to make us happy. They gave us a secure parking spot on site.

Dim lights and barely warm to cold water showers. Rooms are outdated. The inexpensive price made up for what we did not like.

The terrace was large with chairs and table. The view of the sea was spectacular. The rooms were large and clean. The apartment was right next to the sea. We loved swimming there and walking on the beach. The location was very handy for visiting other attractions. From there we went to Monreale and Palermo; took a boat ride to San Vito lo Capo and the Zingaro natural reserve, and swam off the boat; toured the tuna factory museum in Scopello; visited the ruins at Segesta; rode the tram from Trapani to Erice; toured the Museum of Salt; saw the ancient ruins of Selinunte.

The most difficult thing about this place was communicating. When we arrived the only people there to help us spoke no English. They were very nice and tried hard to understand us. We spoke no Italian. After showing them our reservation papers they took us to our apartment. There were lots of beds to choose from, but none of them were very comfortable. The water in the second bathroom was not hot. The owner, who did speak some English, came over and fixed the gas cooking stove and then had someone come to fix the hot water in the bathroom. The owner was very nice. The hot water never did get fixed.

Sea view, good size room for the 3 of us (family tool could be for 4 people), fridge in the room, A/C, good WiFi, free parking in the street, friendly staff who welcomed us late in the evening with a smile.

Breakfast was just a juice+a coffee+a croissant 125€ was pricey for the night with good but basic facilities. One restaurant 1.2km away along the beach for dinner (better go by car as the premises are not great to walk to the place)

Despite being late, Ana waited for us to welcome us. Honestly the value for money is unbeatable. The room was basic but comfortable but had anything needed. The view on the sea was simply amazing. Good breakfast.

we went there a bit off season (early April) so a lot of the restaurants and activities were closed. At least we enjoyed a quiet beach.

Amazing owner and her staff treated us like their own family. We traveled with kids and were very tired after our flight. They helped us with everything we needed. The see is just 15 meters away. There is a long and wide sandy beach. Apartments are close to highway and about 25 minutes from Palermo airport in the quite residential area.

It was impossible to speek english, but we quickly learned basic italian words:-) We missed glasses in the room. There wasn't enough places for all guests by the breakfast.
