Spacious and clean villa with cosy private outdoor area and swimming pool on a quiet road.

The house is in a fabulous location, 2 minutes walking distance to a grocery store with everything that you need for your stay. Jan Thiel beach is a 3-minute walk. The neighborhood is great, and we felt very safe walking around, even early in the morning or late at night. As a group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers,) we enjoyed the house and pool very much.

We had some issues with the downstairs toilet in the master bathroom because it didn't stop flushing but it got fixed. The mattresses in the downstairs master are very soft.

The house is located conveniently close (walking distance) to Jan Thiel Beach and a supermarket. The check-in and out was managed by the house manager Violeta, who is an incredibly nice and funny person and who is also very responsive to all inquiries throughout the stay. We had some smaller issues with ever-running toilet flushes and she came right away and took care of everything. We stayed with 5 females, all had our own bedroom and there are 3 bathrooms, so no traffic jams in the morning. The pool is lovely and a pool boy is coming frequently to clean it. All is very well taken care of.

Not a big issue for us but the booking ad says "ocean view", which you can also see in the pictures. However, this is no longer the case, there have been more houses built in front so can't really call it ocean view anymore.

We had an awesome stay at Curoyal. There are not many villa's at such a perfect location: a 3-minute walk from Jan Thiel beach with nice restaurants and some shops. The villa is so huge that we almost felt embarrassed upon entrance. The pool has just been renovated and there is an outside shower. During the day at the beach and an evening swim at your own swimming pool where you had full privacy. The patio around the house was lovely and you could have breakfast at your own pool or in the front of the villa. The villa is also very luxurious on the inside; large bed- and bathrooms (with AC!) and the bedroom upstairs has sea view. WiFi is good and there is also a large (smart)tv with lots of channels. Next time in Curacao, we definitely book this villa again. Jan and Violeta: thank you for your hospitality; it was a great holiday! The only thing we regret, is that we only booked for one week.
