The place is near the pier and the hotel offers shuttle and provides schedule. The high quality of the cleanup is good because the villa type may have some leaves, and insects, they clean well.

Hope there has internet connected television. But I know it’s better to see the view, so it doesn’t matter.

Immerse in nature, you have a beautiful swamp near the resort and you have lots of green and monkeys inside the resort. Staff are exceptional , super funny and accommodating. This location doesn't seem to be true as the price compared to the quality you get is nothing

The concept of the resort is really nice , very nice friendly staff.

The facility needs some upgrading, many amenities are old and run down, the gym is one example, bicycles too. Cleanliness in general is quite poor. Water heater went down after a heavy downfall? That's something to change. Aggressive monkeys are too close to our rooms and balcony. They nearly attacked me and my wife when we walked pass a group of them.

The place looked amazing (10/10). You could take a free Kayak boat at any time and peddle on the lake of the resort. There were monkeys. The breakfast was amazing. From fruit to meat there was a lot to choose from

The was pool big enough. Clean? It was decent. Just as many of the other pools in Thailand we've been in, there are some insects floating around. The cleaning systems are not up to European standards. Sometimes there were ants walking on the floors, so the cabin (although clean) was not insect proof.

The rooms were very large, plenty of space and the staff were amazing.

Very good hotel. The area is very quiet and relaxing. Far from the main beach of Aonang. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the beach, we’re you can have lunch, dinner, go to the night market, or spend the day at the beach. If not using the free shuttle it’s very easy to get a Tuk Tuk (200 Thb) to return to the hotel. The rooms are of good size and are well appointed. They have a small mini bar (empty) were you can store water or any other items. Bathroom is good with large shower. Water pressure is also good. The staff is great and always very attentive and kind. Communication in English is sometimes a struggle, but you get over it very quickly. The pool area is amazing and the free kayaks are a plus. Not too many insects, but you must be careful and leave all windows and doors closed as much as possible, you are in the middle of the jungle. Sometimes monkeys show up, so be careful with your belongings, but this is not a big issue. Food in the restaurant is very good and not pricey, compared with the prices at Aonang Beach. It’s a good alternative. Breakfast is acceptable and of good quality. Overall a great experience and for sure would stay again when in the area. Maybe rent a bike to be more free and visit other surrounding areas and beaches.

We spent few nights in this hotel years ago. Wanted to come back since the location, lagoon and overal area with swimming pool was a good match for our family. But it seems during those years there was almost nothing that was renovated, cleanliness became poor, mattresses are bent inside and springs are worn. Staff mainly unexperienced young people - behaving nicely but having no clue about hospitality services. As a bonus two of us had health issues after spending time in the swimming pool. Overall definitely not 4 star even for the Thai standards.

This hotel was amazing, about 10 mins from the beach and town but not an issue as free shuttles are supplied. The rooms are clean and spacious and open out onto a beautiful lagoon with canoes. The food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and would do anything and go out of their way to help. would recommend to anyone.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The service for me and my partner was exceptional. We had the best service on our 2 weeks trip! The food was good, and the service att our dinner was great. The trainees are going to be perfect hosts for the future guest. They made tastefull drinks, also gave me a drink that was'nt on the menu and it was superb. We'll definitely be back on our next trip!

Nice tranquil atmosphere in the resort away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Family suite was very spacious, huge toilet, and it was super clean! There were activities to do within the resort itself such as kayaking, swimming, table tennis. Staff were friendly!

The resort is located fairly far from the town centre and you'll have to rely on their shuttle service to get to town or rent your own private transport. Table tennis table and paddles were old and worn out (although we did still have fun playing).

Its a perfect place. Amazing paradise on earth. Highly recommended.

The room and the surrounding area was wonderful. The stuff helpful. I felt such a serenity sitting on the patio watching the lake.

Staff were helpful, bungalow with adjoining door was nice with lovely outlook over lagoon. restaurant was good quality. We liked the monkeys but they did wake up early. The kids loved feeding the fish.

I contacted the property in the time frame listed on booking.com to change dates with a refund and both resort and booking.com say each other are responsible so no refund. Bedding had holes in it. Shower was broken. The whole place feels like an out of date theme park. My sons both reacted to the pool and ended up with skin so sore they couldn’t go in the sea or pool which really upset them. Im pretty sure all the 10 star reviews are due to the resort giving customers 10% discount off all food and drink if shown before leaving.

The restaurant at a resort could be better. We didn’t like the food, so we couldn’t have dinner there. Hovewer, as the resort is far away from any other cafes or shops, we needed to use food delivery services. Also, be ready to wake up every day at 7 am from monkeys jumping on your roof
