Entire cottage, equipement, beautifil position in nature, nearby horses.
4.3
It was charming and clean and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable
The hot tub had mildew flakes floating in it. It felt a little slimy

The location was very good for our travels around the Snaeff… peninsula. It turned out that the trailhead for Eldborg crater (mentioned in Rick Steves’ handbook) was on the property. We didn’t make the hike, though, because we’d been to another crater with easier access.
Highly recommend this site for campers! There were quite a few campers on the grounds, and a large building with bathrooms, showers and a large room with picnic tables- especially appreciated in rainy weather, I suspect. We were in a large cabin with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen and comfortable living room. There were 4 small cabins that I suspect were small versions of the same.
Only issue we had was trouble flushing the toilet temporarily. Before we ckd out, it had apparently fixed itself.🤷🏻♀️As we were away all day, it wasn’t a serious problem.

Confortabile cottage, privacy, hot tube, electric grill, equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, all in. Highly recommended for your stay there ether for one night or longer period.
4.3
That the temperature of the hot bath was really low so it was too cold to use it
4.3
The size of the room and the beds are comfortable
No restaurant or food outlets near the accommodation.

In a beautiful place and I had a great night's sleep in the cozy beds! The house was also very warm and welcoming when we arrived.
The hot tub was cold. The front door didn't lock, but the inside door did. We didn't have any food with us and they had no food on site, so we had to drive an hour back and forth to find a store. The couch was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
4.3
The place was clean well equipped and comfortable. Nice view. Enough room for family of four adults. check in was easy. We would recommend this place.
4.3
it was kosy and nice big table in the Living room and the staf was super nice and helpfull.
the hootub was not so hoot but it was allsow realy cold wether whene we Were there

Expect the least and perhaps you won't be diappoited. set you expectations low,
The facilities are bare minimum. The hot tube is a lunk-warm tube that the owner said cannot be increased.
The hot water in the sink and shower is not hot, just warm. The shades int he window, some of which were broken and was not a concern to the management, bud did not work. Wintertime would have been a good time for maintenance.. The key/lock did not works, so our valuables were at risk.
This is a minimal facilities place to park yourselves during winter.
The front door lock didn't work, so be arwae of your equipent
The accessibility of electric outlets 10 feet tall were useless. It wouldn't take much to renovate but te aura of complacence, shows the present declination of this property as a guest stay.

The property was spacious and very well equipped, with lovely hot tub, in a quiet peaceful area. Staff were helpful and we were very happy with the stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
4.3
This property met all our expectations except its location not as convenient as we would like. It has all the amenities of a house with a hot tub as bonus. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay here.

near to ring road. great place to view northern light.
check in slow. small cottage.

everything, especially the hot tub
nothing

Very nice located wooden bungalow. On the way to Snaefellsnes. In front the see, behind the mountains.
The heating wasn’t working well and they told that the boss would come to have a look, but he never came.
Also no toiletpaper.

Location
-Asked questions about the ability to do laundry prior to arrival, and didn’t receive a response. Owner said his wife wasn’t home when we checked in, and I asked about being able to have our laundry done.
-No laundry facilities as advertised.
-Only hot water after owner fixed only cold water issue.
-Toilet reservoir didn’t fill, so to flush we had to fill a glass bowl up with hot water and pour it in the toilet bowl.
-Drove 30 minutes one way out of our way because Laundry was in the listing, and we were on our 6th day in Iceland.

Spacious cabin, well equipped in wonderful serene surroundings.

Location.
Home was cosy, clean. Very nice.
I liked it all.
4.3
Great location, beautiful views, well-stocked kitchen. We booked two cabins for a group of 7 people, that was the right amount of space for us
The shower in one of the cabins had a door that wouldn't close and a showerhead that wouldn't stay put. But that's a small thing that can be fixed, overall it was great.

This was a lovely cottage that was well stoked with everything you’d need, including sheets and towels, plus a few added touches. The view is lovely and the location is a great jumping off point for the Snæfellsjökull peninsula and the Vidgelmir lava cave.
Sadly, the hot tub was luke warm. When I reached out to the owners they explained that they use geothermal to heat the hot tubs and are unfortunately unable to control the heat. This would be good to know ahead of time to help manage expectations of the facilities.
4.3
We had a whole cabin for ourselves. The kitchen was great addition to our trip, we could finally cook a normal meal.
The hot tub was nice and warm, however the jet function didn't seem to work for us. Some of the stuff inside the cabin was broken (shower head,...).
4.3
- Very nicely located, close to Snæfellsness Peninsula.
- Well equipped kitchen.
- We booked there mainly because of the hot tub which sadly couldn't reach the comfortable temperature hence it was impossible to use it.
- The water pressure in the shower is something to improve.
- Very noisy heating.

A nice cottage, with excellent beds and a hot tub. Located on the farm, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.
A hot tub water temperature was set a few degrees too low.
4.3
Location was good although signposts weren't easy to find in the dark
Heating and lighting were poor, beds and pillows uncomfortable, and kitchen equipment was minimal.
Very disappointed especially when the cost was not much less than a night in 4 star hotel in town
4.3
Location was good
The tv was not working and slow the hot tub was cold and 1 of the toilet’s didn’t flush and one of the bed was at a breaking point

Very warm welcome by the two French interns.
Nice cottage
