The premium cabin is very nice. Clean, solid, practical.
The economy cabin is appalling, it shouldn't be legal to rent it out. Leaky roof, dirty, light coming in to apartment, poor fittings.

Got my name wrong on keys left for me at checkin. Otherwise everything was perfect.

The cabin was well priced and well located. Had all the things necessary for cooking on holiday.
The cabin was old and dated. The furniture was well past its use by date. The balcony was very small and there really wasnt enough room to sit with two chairs and a small table. No table provided. The website advertises the two options for the smaller cabins but really doesnt clarify what the differences are. In hindsight we would have booked one of the larger or newer cabins as it would have been more roomy pleasant and comfortable. There are 4 beds but it would be really cramped with 4.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Nice easy walk to town using the Back gate. Fabulous water area for kids.

I liked the friendly staff who upgraded our cabin on my request. Very helpful. The Cabin was beautiful and verity clean. My whole family was very impressed with the facilities

Cabin was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the entire park was exceptionally clean and tidy. Great facilities and activities. Can’t fault a thing. Thank you.

Good location and pleasant walk into town. Shared facilities were clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable.
Our cabin was one of the older ones with no ensuite and was very tired. No hot water in kitchenette.

Beautiful park. loved all the big trees, plenty of shade. The pool is perfect. Kids loved waterpark.
Great BBQ areas, very clean.
Cabin is in need of an upgrade. The seal on the bar fridge worn. Gas stove went out whilst using grill.
Bathroom with pretty tight.
Curtains over bunks need fixing.
Friends had a bigger cabin as more of them, nice big porch, block out blinds full fridge.

We like literally everything: caravan park was clean and looked after, it was quiet and bed were very comfy, swimming pool was heated and had perfect temperature, we were even lucky to watch live music there :) nice place to stay, we'll come there again
We had a couple of issues in a cabin- the sliding door wasn't attached properly and it wasn't safe for kids, and shower didn't work properly too. Other than that everything was fine

Loud neighbours, until 12am...no TV in ecotents...reading lamps should be on wall...better side tables as i had a cepap machine n had to leave on floor to use..better wifi as it drops out all the time...

The in park activities were very well organised

The park was great with really good amenities. The water park on site was good to have in the summer and so was the pool. They really try with the kids activities as well and the staff were helpful and polite.
Not much to fault unless you're picky. We stayed in a cabin which was just outside the main gate, but hoping to visit again for a campsite experience.

Booked through Booking.Com and unbeknown to us was a cabin without facilities. This apparently is a common problem when booking vi Booking.com. My advice go straight to the source!
Poor information on the booking.com site, cabin did not have bathroom facilities, really disappointed.

The safari tents were well appointed, nice landscaping, BBQ area and pool, warm and safe rooms even in a huge storm!
A large group made a lot of noise and took over most of the common space in the safari tent area. Also people brought guests in and others from the park came in to sticky beak with their kids so it wasn’t really restricted to guests and 18+.
