Area is beautiful. Warm welcome. Helpful hosts. Liked the sign language. :-) I wish i could stay longer.

forest path was icy could not get up there from Vysna Boca. Only downhill from the Certovica mountain view point track. It would be helpful to advise the track to take to approach the building. Always downhill as uphill will not work.

unpleasant and rude staff

Wonderful location in the heart of nature. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is just perfect. We must go back as we did not try the sauna at the lake.

Location has to be one of its best assets, this idyllic building in the middle of the forest and close to walking routes or ski slopes, is a joy. It was our second visit and we plan to go back. The staff/ hosts were also friendly and welcoming. Rooms were fine and views from the front facing double rooms wonderful, a bit more cramped in the triple rooms with no facilities, but to be honest you don’t spend much time in them for it to be an issue. For families there are a few board/ card game to help keep children occupied and even a pool tables (message to hosts - non of the pool cues have tips, a small thing to replace 👍)

Breakfast was a disappointment this year. Our first morning we got down at 9am (Breakfast 8-10am) and didn’t have much choice and what was missing wasn’t replenished. Only fruit tea as a hot drink option, coffee was a chargeable extra and no yogurt or fruit juices which you come to expect these days. Our second morning we got down earlier, to find more of the same but still no fruit juice or yogurt etc. It only a small complaint but one the venue could easily rectify.

Great deal for such amount of money. Really friendly and helpful staff. All you need during hiking. Breakfast packages were great.

Nice and peaceful place, close to the hiking trails in Nizne Tatry or High Tatras. We came with a dog and there was no problem to stay at the property. The place was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very good meals and coffee. Would recommend it for sure.

Nothing. Maybe the fact that we couldn't use the balcony but this wasn't a problem at all.
