It offers everything one needs for either short or long term stay. I would highly recommend the appartment and the hosts.

Everything was perfect.

Very central with lots of amenities nearby including 3 children playgrounds.

Not enough cupboards. It was a real struggle to make use of the minimal cupboard space available. Payment term was not clear. it should be emphasized and explained prior to arrival as many people from the Western Europe and North America are not used to paying cash

close to everything

internet was very slow the last time i stayed in beograd and when i rented a place it was stocked up with toilet paper it had drinks in the fridge here it had nothing. plus the lift didnt work to go to the second floor and workers were renovating next door they started at 7 to take out windows so didnt sleep well

Strange host who didn't even explain how to use internet in the apartment. Strange attitude to guests. Host ignored me with my request about white paper eventually he did provide me. Seems like they smoke a lot in that apartments and furniture has lot of holes from cigarettes. Host asked me to pay extra 25 euro just because I dropped the key into wrong mailbox. But didn't provide any evidences regarding his expenditures due to this mistake.

Location of the apartment is fantastic! Don’t get scared coz building is old and doesn’t look nice, but apartment is nice and fresh! Communication with owner was really good! Could be a bit cleaner (but that is me) Cleaning from 1 to 10 I would say a good 8! AC, good equipped kitchen, big fridge, nice bathroom and comfortable bed!

The only thing that was bad is that the flat next to us was renovating and we had 4 days big noise, but nothing that owner could know in advance. As I said we had a good communication!

location prefect for me. there is whaterver you want and its open :) owner allowed pets, so what more can i ask.

parking is not easy, but this is a reality of Belgrade. not fault of apartment red owner.
