The house is located in the port and has an accessible terrace with a wonderful view of the sea and the port. The host is very helpful, the accommodation has a kitchen with the possibility to cook, and the host also offered us food such as pastries and eggs. The room is in a historic house, so it is possible to absorb the local atmosphere.

The cleaning could be done more.

The location is more than excellent, with a marvelous, exclusive, unique view on the ancient wall and in front of the sea! Also, you may join anywhere inside the old city in few minutes. The host is absolutely kind and available to help you and give you any possible suggestion about how to take profit of your visit at Acco.

The bedroom furniture are very basic. We avoided the use of the kitchen, too dusty and greasy everywhere, in other words looked quite dirty. The overall house is to be considered rather messy and unpleasant.

The host was extremely welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could need for a short or long-term stay. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were of high quality, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary appliances and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Overall, I highly recommend!

cleanliness of staircase and apartment could be improved. The kitchen for common use needs a bit more cleaning attention also as often in hostels. Our room was on the small side for us 4. The fotos in booking.com were not fully reflective of these limitations. If you accept these limitations you can have a very nice stay with a great location, terrace, and a friendly host.

Nzar is a very kind person. He even met us when we arrived and helped us to find parking. The location is great, in the Old Akko, right next to the sea, and we enjoyed so much watching the sea and sunsets from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Nzar was an exceptional host and went out of his way to make us feel welcome and provided with lots of support and information to make our stay in Akko great. He also, opened up his kitchen for our use and told us we were welcome to eat whatever. In addition, the location was fantastic and a beautiful view of the water and outer walls from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

I know our linens were clean, but I would say that the place isn’t the cleanest. If you want a place with today’s standards, this isn’t your place. Also, if you have lots of luggage or trouble with stairs, this isn’t for you.

It was exactly what I expected, a guest house in an old city atmosphere. The balcony view and location were great. The host, Nzar Khoury, made us feel welcome and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable! My teenager enjoyed the food and treats provided by our host's common area kitchen, though my teen complained about the wifi, which seems to only work on the balcony.

The upgraded suite was quaint and charming but the entrance to it was a bit daunting due to it being off the stairwell without a proper landing area. A person could come out of the room and fall down the stairs if they weren't being careful enough. So I would come again, only I would choose to stay in a room on the main floor instead of the suite.

Nzar welcomed us to all the foods in the kitchen :) great view too, and good opportunity to meet other tourists as you may share the floor with other guests.

Nzar was very kind and welcoming. Food, tea and coffee were available free of charge. The room was nice, pretty clean and confortable. It had a fridge and it's windows gave on an alley full of kittens and migrating swallows at night. The terrasse is a huge plus.

Cleanliness has to improve. The floor was not that clean, and everything looked a bit neglected. For the price you really would expect a bit more comfort.

Nzar is one of the best hosts of any place I have ever stayed. He is attentive, reachable at all hours, and generous, and his lifelong perspective on a changing Akko is fascinating. His place is comfortable, with nice rooms including air conditioning. In my room there was also a fridge and private bathroom. His kitchen is open and there is free coffee, tea, food and local sweets, which are especially delicious. One of the best sea views in Akko.

Wifi is weak in some rooms, due to the thick stone construction of the building. A difficult problem to fix in an old city.
