We had a good first experience to stay in this hotel. The best choice for location, cleanliness, quiet, and value for money. Excellent breakfast with very tasty coffee. Most impressive is the warm attitude of all at the property. We will back and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The staff was extremely nice and attentive while I was there. Although the room was cold (even with the heating on), extra blankets were provided and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was modest but OK.

I arrived late at night, having notified the ho(s)tel about it. Upon my arrival, the windows of my room were wide open, without the heating on, so the room temperature was the same as outside - 4°C. It took some time for the room to warm up.

We recently stayed at this hotel two times, and we would definitely stay again. The family is friendly, always smiling, they are perfectly organized and professional. You really feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and cooked fresh every day. The rooms are a good value for money. It is easy to reach the center of Tirana from the hotel, since it is just a simple 20-minute walk down one long street.

Close to bus station and shops. Very friendly hosts, helped us with everything, nixe breakfast.

The staff was really kind and sympathetic. The young man who greeted us on arrival gave us a lot of informations and was really helpful. We could pay in euros. The room was simple but had everything we need and was clean. We enjoyed the breakfast, which consisted of an omelette, a plate of tomato and cucumber slices, a typical white cheese, bread, jam, honey, butter and milk. You also got coffee, milk and orange juice. They don't really have tea, but the nice lady who served us brought me tea anyway. We also liked the location, as it is not so far from coffees, shops and restaurants. The square was also easily reachable by walking.

We saw that a few customers didn't really enjoy the breakfast and expected more. I think it is mainly due to the description, which says there is continental or English breakfast. We enjoyed it anyway. The building is a bit old and needs some renovations (there was a door missing on our shower and the TV was not working). But the staff is so nice and kind that we easily forgot any downside.
