you can hear everything that is happening in the whole guesthouse. it is very noisy specially at breakfast time, which starts at 8 am.

The entire staff is really friendly and lovely. The view from my room was also stunning! Breakfast was also good.

It was crazy windy when I was there and I had a corner room which was incredibly loud the whole night. So loud that it was hard to sleep. There's also a bit of play in all the doors and windows, which means that things were clapping away the entire time I was there. The room door also didn't provide much of a sound barrier so that I heard other guests comming in throughout the night.

Our room was outstanding with great views. Very good Breakfast. Save, clean, very friendly and just a short Walk to the beach

Amazing views, prime location to walk to beach and cafes but not be stuck in traffic or camps bay main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

With the power cut that night coming back in the dark the main gate to property stays open and cannot be locked and the main door to building was difficult to unlock using a torch from our mobile phones and then we struggled to lock it again from the inside. some battery lights would be helpful to light the path for guests to enter the building and a gate lock to have the feeling of safety when coming in the dark and there is no staff around.

everything old and a bit neglected. curtains torn, outside tables dirty, floor needs to be swept, swimming deck needs a painting. also was no hot water on last day. owner should invest more in house if letting out
