good location, friendly staff that helped to arranged things for us, good value for money. Was afraid for bugs/gekkos etc in our outside bathroom but encountered none, luckily! :) We had a good stay overall!

The wifi was quite limited (in the bed it wasn’t working), but I guess that its because its an island. Shower pressure very low. Room was a bit dark and you could hear a lot of noise (birds, neighbors in pool, live music)

Great little spot. Friendly staff and newly renovated - a magic place to unwind.

Not all rooms have a daybed or somewhere comfy to relax in the outdoor space. We were unlucky in that regard and really noticed it’s absence.

It was clean, fabulous location and spent most of our time in the pool!

We loved our stay at Castaway. We arrived early and were warmly welcomed with a cold drink and our Villa was ready. We loved the property & the pool and all of the staff were fabulous and their service excellent. We ate lunch there three times and the servings were large and delicious. Breakfast was included and also a treat. Mushroom Bay was excellent for the kids and we only wish we had longer. Thanks so much for a wonderful couple of days 😊

My sister and Ioved The Castaway. The villa was in a tropical, serene Location just minutes from The Beach. The staff was attentive and did a fabulous job of creating a memorable experience. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops just outside of the villa. I would definitely recommend this villa.

We loved everything.

This very small property is styled to allow privacy when desired and the opportunity to interact with other guests and staff when appropriate. The staff support was always available and provided, as needed, upon request. I would be happy to stay at this property again and would not hesitate to recommend it to other travellers.

We stayed for three relaxing nights at Castaways and they were pleasant, relaxing days with unobtrusive staff ready to assist whenever needed. I am sure things could be improved however nothing comes to mind from our stay.

The unit was not maintained during the COVID-19 period and not even after, everything is old and needs to be replaced, the garden also needs to be maintained, it looks like it has been abandoned.

Ñicely designed, clean and comfortable suites that can be used as 1 or 2 bedroom units around a landscaped pool. Staff were excellent.. friendly, helpful and always smiling. Breakfasts were a la carte and tasty. Value for money was great and the location was just a little way from the port in mushroom bay with it's many cafes and restaurants. We hired a scooter from the hotel and explored the islands of Lembongan and Ceningan. Only a short walk from secret beach or a 10 minute drive from the gorgeous beaches on the west coast. It's a great place to stay.

The location was great and central however, we had hoped it was closer to the water or had a view. Overall the staff made up for this!

Staff were there most of the time & met us on our arrival. Breakfast was very good & everything about this small resort was wonderful. Plenty of places to eat near by. Spas in abundance. Staff were exceptionally friendly & nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
