Just the location as it being close to everything.

Gave our room to someone else and charged us more than booking was showing and only returned 30 Euros from the mistake in the room. Room and bathroom smelled pretty bad and didn't have anything besides beds and a small tv.

The breakfast was quite good.

Unfortunately at the time I was in the hotel, they were building an additional floor on the building, so from 08:00 h to 18:00 h there were a constant drilling and working noises, making impossible for me to properly sleep. The worse thing it was that I arrived in Zagreb due to the InMusic festival (4 days), so I arrived each night around 6:00 h, and I needed to sleep in the morning. They moved me in another room on the other side of the hotel, but the noises Overall the hotel is acceptable, if there are not construction works!

The shower was so perfect and so was the bed. The room was clean and spacious. A perfect stay.

I don’t like anything the room smell cigarette in the toilet was one…It was very dirty the bed and pillow were old smelling bad and so uncomfortable… And in the middle of the night at 5 am one person went inside of the room…. They don’t knock just go inside and we wake up an he was standing just next to the bed!!!

I don’t recommend this place we had to park inside and moving others cars so you are not free to move the car when ever you want. The women at the reception was friendly but is not a good services.

Location is very close to old town. Nice cozzy bed. Very good staff. Free parking.

Clean and cosy hotel at a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile. I will be staying here the next time I am in the city. I have requested a parking spot and got a confirmation that I will have it and I did as it was agreed upon.

Access to the hotel was easy. It was in the center of Bascarsi. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone who will visit Sarajevo. The staff were very helpful, friendly and interested.

Small budget hotel, comfortable room, and very friendly and efficient staff. Location is unbelievable, literally one minute away from Baščaršija. It's quite by night and there is a parking on the premises. We enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly family that run the hotel. They are happy to help with anything and it feels like a homely place to stay. The location for the price is fantastic. If you're lucky, you can park right in front of the hotel. If not you can get a parking spot nearby costing 15 Mark (7€), the hotel staff helped us to get there.

The WiFi signal was a bit weak in our room.

The staff was very friendly. Location is perfect and it's about 1 min to old town by walk. Very clean room with good facilities and it's safe! I like it and recommend it to all my friends.

We had a reservation and we informed them that will be late check inn , after long trip from Hungary we reached at 1:30am , doors closed , no reception no calls answers, so its really very bad from them as we have a confirmed booking and no place to sleep !!! and we look for another hotel in the middle of night Be careful
