Good value for money. Reception staff friendly and welcomed us warmly. Clean except for the pillow cases which were forgotten to replace

Seemed like the pillow cases has been forgotten and were not changed. There were obvious stains and hair left on all sides which were unacceptable. Inspected the linen and sheets and were clean. The filthy pillow cases ruined my impression on Oaks as we always book with them.

Room was exactly as described close walking distance to shops and pubs and coffee shops nice comfy bed enjoyed our stay there highly recommend.

Very comfortable beds and rooms. Lots of clean, plush towels.

I know when I stay here in a 2 bed room I need to bring an eye mask because there is a slit window facing east that blasts the sun into the rooms. The pedal bin in the bathroom was rusted out at the bottom and needs to be replaced. It really detracted from the bathroom. I stayed in room 439.

the fridge, freezer, PowerPoints kettle, microwave didn’t work. something had tripped the power before we arrived but the air con and lights worked. No answer at reception for assistance. Very inconvenient, frustrating stay at the end of a long drive.
