Nulla da eccepire. Difficile trovare in giro strutture così realizzate. Location bellissima con giardini curatissimi e camere in armonia con il luogo. Addetti ottimi.

Quando segnalo che il frigo in camera non raffredda mi piacerebbe avere un riscontro. Ad esempio bastava dire che non riuscivano a risolvere il problema in tempi brevi.

LA CAMERA DELUDENTE ho prenotato su Booking una (camera Superior) la prenotazione riportava: vista patio, la mia camera la 8023 la vista era moduli condizionatori, poi riportava doccia o vasca da bagno- la mia camera aveva una doccia che sembrava un LOCULO con verme di 10 centimetri- senza neanche una mensola per appoggiare il bagno schiuma/sciampo- gli specchi in bagno posizionati a m.1.50 per vederti dovevi metterti sulle punte dei piedi. riportava anche tv satellitare invece tv collegamento Dg terrestre perdeva anche segnale- frigo bar non veniva rifornito di bottiglie d'acqua mai normalmente in una camera superior il sevizio ci deve essere. Armadio che puzzava di muffa, dopo un reclamo hanno mandato le signore delle pulizie hanno dato un po' deodorante e via purtroppo la muffa non si leva cosi ,e non parliamo dei muri all'interno male intonacati -e normalmente quando ho fatto la prenotazione le tasse era tutto compreso, invece mi hanno fatto pagare euro 2.50 a persona per tutto il soggiorno ,parlando con una coppia che soggiornava nello stesso periodo hanno avuto stesso problema della camera . Conclusione la camera non era quella pubblicizzata su Booking, di camera Superior non avena niente.

0 wifi in room and all inclusive includes almost nothing

The resort and its environment, almost all the staff was kind, a beautiful beach, no crowds (probably thanks to covid), room service..

The room was older, a "welcome cat-pooh" on the balcony, plastic wine jug, ikea glasses or paper cups as the only option for all drinks, plastic tea spoons for espresso, desserts, loud music in every corner..

The sea is crystal clear and the animation is really good. Lots of green in the property and the food in the restaurant is delicious and always different. They had a professional approach and a good handling of the safety measures and COVID policies with extra sanitation and distancing.

At the check-in we got basically no information at all and had to figure out a lot by ourselves. They could have for example offered the beach towels and the swimming cups that are required, instead we had to go back and forth every time we understood that we missed something. The rooms are quite small, but the most annoying thing was columns placed right in the middle of the already limited space of the bathroom making it hard to even enter the room. There was noise from the refrigerating fluids of the a/c 24h. They also claim to do efforts to preserve resources, but there was still way too much single use plastic being used and no real recycling done where it mattered. For example there was no recycling bin close to the bars where 90% of the plastic glasses are produced.

The rooms design, furniture and linens need upgrade.
