Self check in style. Quite difficult to find at the beginning as there is no signboard or anything. Pooling of water at bathroom floor. Didn't know how to use the washing machine & dryer as it wasn't explained in English, texted them to enquire but they didn't even bother to answer my question

Very convenient location next to the tram stop. Very clean.

There was some noise from the street but with the windows closed it was fine. No blinds on the windows so there was more light in the morning than we would like.

cleanness of the place below acceptable level ,electric kettle was missing,bathroom sink was stuck after one use and didn’t drain after,causing terrible smell,the basel cards were not provided,the owner provided old not updated info on the procedure of check out.

The location was good for us. The "kitchen" is tiny but adequate. The floor is not carpeted. The room rate was good.

The room is rather small. The shower stall is off the kitchen. The room is on the ground floor. There is only a single window with no curtains. Instead, there is a heavy metal exterior shade that is not convenient to operate. The location of the building is next to a tram line, and the trams run until past midnight and start before 6 am. With the window or the shade closed, the room is airless and stifling, but with the window and shade open, the room is too exposed and noisy. The TV didn't work. The room appears to be a work in progress.

the floor was very dirty, there were used towels on the balcony, and there was smelly rotting food in the fridge

The self check-in went pretty smoothly. The room was of good size. The location was very good and we quite liked the neighborhood the building is located in: the tram stop is right in front and everything is walking distance from the apartment. The kitchen has everything you may need for a short stay, other than dish soap. The bed is fairly comfortable. The heating is really good - we even had to keep the window open at some points.

The light in the toilet didn't work and there is no window, so we had to keep the door open. The shower is in the kitchen and there is no way of not wetting the entire floor when using it. The TV remote didn't work as it is broken, and the antenna cable was taken out of the wall socket when we arrived. There was no dishwashing liquid available. The host's automatic messages mentioned receiving a Basel card, but that never happened. The duvet was too short for two people.

Bed very comfortable, functionality. Good kitchenette.

Perfect location... Full green sorounding, transport în Basel included, 3 min distance to bus station. Our room it was at first level with a very big terrace. Everything clean and smart. It was good choice

Nothing to claim

A cosy studio apartment on top floor with lovely green aspect. Well situated in a quiet leafy street and a short distance from shops etc.

Arm for external shutters was broken (and hidden behind wardrobe). The blinds were inoperable and the sheer window curtain useless to block out any morning sunlight. No kettle. The entrance to apartment building had a putrid stench that permeated through the corridors. Thankfully it stayed mostly out of the studio apartment, but needed to keep window ajar to ensure fresh air.

Great location, beautiful neighbourhood, very quiet, birdsong from the window. Tram into town is fast and efficient. Beautiful project Gundeldingerfeld with bistros/caffees around the corner.

Not sure whether the service company was saving money or just forgot: on the otherwise very comfortable kingsize bed there was only one 1.50m x2 m cover. It was put on the bed sideways, so it was wide enough - but unless you are below 1.60, your feet were sticking out.
