Not clean Not enough sockets for utilities Breakfast not good at all even though called a buffet. In the buffet only channnas but no bread to go along.

Shower was not working. Hot water only turned in when asked for it.

Clean. Quit.

Hotel was clean and in Markaz so restaurant and Masjid near by.

I book with my Credit card and cost was 4400, they say it is non refundable, which mean once you book you cannot cancel or change. when I reach hotel front desk ask me to pay 5300, i told them price on website but they says this is price. I told them to charge on my Credit card they were asking for 2.5% extra if I charge on Credit Cards, which was very un professional and feel cheated at arrival.

The hotel is close to shops and restaurants. The nightly rate is not expensive, so despite weaknesses in comfort and service, the value for money is passable.

Upon arrival staff was not aware of my arrival and could not access bookings made through Booking.com. For that they had to call a manager who was not on site. It took 30 minutes before he could confirm my reservation and let the front desk staff process my check-in.
