The view at the backyard of Villa A is blocked with a tree. Cannot see Mt. Fuji during dinning there

Stunning view of mt fuji from the backyard. The property is very quiet. Nice big villa for a family of 4. My kids liked the dog too, Sakura. I wish we had more time to enjoy the property, had sukiyaki for dinner but unfortunately we didn't. Bathroom is big and clean and also have view of mt fuji. We stayed for 2 nights and we saw mt fuji from the property 3 days in a row. Very lucky! We were picked up from the train station (ask the tourist information to call them) and dropped off at the end of the stay. Would stay again if we come back to the area. There is a lawson nearby, we didn't have a car and walked to lawson and a few restaurants nearby. They do have a bike on the property but we didn't use it.

Good location, close to the lake, lot of space, outside tables and chairs, nice view on mt Fuji. Good value.
One improvement would be to fix the bikes. Most of them had flat tires and we couldn’t fix the problem.

Apartment was clean. They pick up and drop off from the train station.
Too many written notes about all the rules. They advertise bikes but don’t tell you that you need to have an approval to ride them outside the premises. The outside gardens need some maintenance.

It's a quiet and cozy place and the host, Sakai-san was so helpful. He kindly picked us up from the station a d also dropped us back.
The hospitality was only topped by the fantastic view from the balcony and front garden of our cottages.
We absolutely loved the simple and charming place.
The host offered bicycles with a child carrier, and that made getting around very easy.

Location was excellent and easy to find. Host was friendly and room came with heater.
Outdoor area and table can be refreshed and cleaned up. Timing for the BBQ is too restrictive from 4pm to 6pm which is too early.

we can see Fuji around our house
the house is quite comfortable but there’s too crowded to sleep 4 ppl in one room(I think maximum 3ppl)
we can cook by ourself which is quite good for us(a supermarket is around 10 mins walk from the house, lots of things you can find here)
first day when we arrive , employee even took us to go to railway (cause the closing time of railway is earlier than usual , making us too rush to go there)(of course we gave them tips for taking us there)
everything was pretty good until the last day when we check out , the attitude of the owner suddenly change .
we ask if we can deposit our luggage ,he reply rudely and say no
we also ask if we can make our pick up time late and he also reply rudely and push us to go inside the car ,and he drove before we sitting down well
I don’t know why his attitude change so much ,it’s really disappointed ☹️
Ps first day when we want to rent bike ,the owner check the bikes which is out of gas and he just say sorry (and do nothing!

A very nice, comfortable and peaceful villa, the Mt. Fuji view from the villa is fascinating. We love it and enjoyed our stay very much. The owner can't speak much English but all the information needed has been translated in English, so there's not much problem.

The unit is unexpectedly clean and new, the fantastic mount fuji view right at the backyard is so breath taking. We use the free bike to buy stuff for own shabu shabu in the house, all amenities are well equipped, we even do our own american breakfast in next morning. Owner also help picking and sending us to train station. Will definitely stay here again if come to kawaguchiko lake.
Nothing, or maybe it would be even better if washing is available.

location, can see mt fuji from the window
only one toilet and it’s located at downstairs while sleeping room is at upper floor, so you must walk down from stairs to the toilet at night. the worse part is only living room and sleeping room has the heater, the toilet and staircase area has no heater, the floor is so damn cold during winter, it is so torturing to step on cold flooring during midnight to go to the toilet.
besides the towel is too small and thin, the space is quite small even for 4 pax.
The owner is helpful, just that they don’t speak English at all so need to use google translate

The house was spacious, convenient, we can see the Mt Fuji from the window and garden. the staff was kind. Theres no other word to describe how happy we were while stayed there. We came by train and the staff pick us up from station to the villa. He also offered to drove us to the tourist location. Overall the service was superb and the stay was wonderful.

View of fuji and proximity to attractions was good.
The area around was a bit of a junk yard. The porch was in disrepair and needed boards replaced, paint, etc... The requirement to clean all the dishes at the end of the stay? For $350 plus per night...that should be on the hotel. Out of their control...but the worst part...the obnoxious hotel with enormous white lighted letters destroyed the beautiful night sky, star viewing and view of Fuji at night...truly a shame on that part. Other reviews talked about the darkness and night sky...must have been before that hotel as there is no way to enjoy the stars due to the light intrusion...
