Ich musste jeden Tag zwei mal zur Rezeption, weil der Schlüssel nicht ging.

Im ersten Zimmer hat es aus dem Bad gestunken, sodass wir nach 30 Minuten das Zimmer wechseln mussten. Das Personal hat dem Geruch nicht nachvollziehen können, obwohl es beim reinlaufen enorm war. Die Zimmer waren nicht sauber (Haare im Bad, Teppiche sehr dreckig, Risse in den Gardinen). Im neuen Zimmer kam ein Zigarettengeruch aus dem Bad. Die Klimaanlage war zudem sehr laut. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, aber leider nicht lecker.

Hi, there is an issue about the payment with the hotel. During the check in, they said that I need to pay 9,463 Turkish lira and I warned them that the total amount is different in Booking as 11,853 try, and asked them to double check it. They said everything is fine, their total amount is correct and I made the payment. During the check out, they claimed that I still need to pay some amount due to wrong calculation at their end. I asked them to calculate and let me know while I am there how much I need still to pay. After half an hour waiting, they said again it is their mistake no missing amount and everything is fine. We checked out from the hotel but they contacted me again and asked about additional payment for the missing amount. I was really annoyed and tired, I just asked them to send me all information and how much do I still need to pay. They requested over 5,000 try additional payment on top of 9,463 try which I paid during check in. I told them, the total is shown as 11,853 try in booking but they are claiming the total around 14,000 try, they said that the amount in booking is wrong, this is the total which I need to pay. And other issue is breakfast was so bad.. they didn’t have anything fresh..

No cleaning on public holiday, payment with Mastercard was unable to be done, dirty mugs for coffee in the room, only shower gel available and no cream nor hair conditioner, breakfast reduced to a served plate as it was public holiday time.

Excellent hotel, perfect location, very closed to Kizilay and various places. I was staying on the top floor, fantastic view. Delicious breakfast, very professional & friendly staff. Very modern and beautiful place.

During the night loud music was heard from the clubs nearby, it is a pity this hotel does not have a swimming pool, for the rest everything was truly perfect.

Excellent place to stay in Ankara - I really doubt finding better hotel is possible!

The breakfast was amazing and there were plenty of choices of each food. They were so delicious. The location is only 10 min walking far to the City centre. The room was cleaned regularly.

The breakfast and the personal are more than awesome

Everything was very good except fact we ordered room service late at night. Order was taken I rang an hour later to find out when it would come only to be told they weren’t making it. Then had to order food from outside. Didn’t have the courtesy to ring and tell me it wasn’t being done. It led to my daughter starving half to death. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect, especially the location I think now it is my fav hotel in Ankara about location.

it was said in the booking that the room has a bath and shampoos+other products, but there was none. also the heater in the room is very loud so it’s not easy to sleep.
