Anny, the owner was very nice and the breakfast was substantial and tasty. Our room was orderly and clean, but as things go in the tropics there was a bit of an ant problem. However, I would emphasize that it was clean everywhere we went. The B&B is located just one block from the ocean, but there's no beach or ocean access. Nonetheless, the views were beautiful. The property is located in a mixed residential area, and inside the gates it is quiet and secure. There's some repairs and cosmetic elements that could be addressed to spruce it up a bit, but overall with the comfortable bed (we stayed in the blue room), en suite bathroom, breakfast included and the pleasant host, I would rate this an overall "good," or maybe 3.25 stars out of 4. They have expansion plans and ultimately, this could be a great property.

Poor water pressure.

My room was right on the corner so I had a 180 degrees view and could see part of the ocean and sunrise. Parking was available inside the property. Breakfast was great!

I needed a formal invoice and that was not an option.

I like the quietness and it is a peaceful area Safe also. You can park your car inside a gated area. The freshly cooked breakfast was Great.

I didn't find anything bad about the place

Excellent Hotel, rooms perfectly clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly, it is close to all the amazing beaches and places of interest. Everything was great.

Everything was great, well there was a faucet that was loose on my room, no big deal and I'm sure they have taken care of it by now.

Friendly personnel, green small territory. Free parking available on the premises. The view from the terrace, where breakfast is served, is nice and charming. Really tasty breakfast. Not bad Wi-Fi connection

The room in the photo looks more renovated than it is. With amazing sea view through the window, we could also observe parcel with garbage. Unfortunately outside of hotels and tourist locations visitors discover not only the beautiful nature of the country but a lot of garbage.
