Had a fabulous peaceful stay, Terrace, swimming pool, fantastic views, and deco. all made for a very enjoyable holiday. Rafa was very understanding when we were delayed by 6 hours and still met us with a smile. Thank you. Definitely recommend this location.

Helpful host, awesome views. Felt like home where you can stay for longer period. All amenities, nice pool, jacuzzi. Nice local town.

Possible to walk to the town, however we did use the car as climbing back up was quite an exercise (and we are lazy 🙂). Driving to the sea / motorways via mountain roads takes time.

We loved everything from the apartment, to the village and the views are absolutely amazing Rafa the host was always on hand if we needed anything Thaks Rafa, we hope to see you again soon cheers

Amazing place.

The Alma apartment is situated above the village, high up the hill. It has great views from the living room. It has a swimming pool and hot tub (that required 1 euro coins to set it going). It has a patio. We very much enjoyed the views. It was quiet except for the odd barking dog. The owner was delightful and helpful. We are walkers and enjoyed the little trek down to the village.

Our issue was the 9.4 rating on booking.com - we stayed in Alma apartment and it was good (more like a 7) - it is a solid, basic and clean traditional place, nothing fancy, although, the 2 single beds were uncomfortable. They were pushed together to make a double but kept separating. The second bedroom has no window to the outside. For such a high rating we would expect greater quality: good beds, more luxurious towels, complimentary bottled water, bathroom provisions and things like washing powder for the washing machine, a bit of tea, coffee etc

Beautiful accommodation, good aircon and tremendous view. Good pool too

Beds were uncomfortable and fellow guests took a great Dane to the pool which went unnoticed by the manager.

Excellent value, Rafa is a very friendly host and cannot do enough for you. Perfect getaway from everything. Fantastic views.

The apartment has a tremendous view over Competa and the surrounding hills and even the sea in the distance. Rafa, the host is very welcoming and helps you with all you need regarding the apartment and the surroundings. Everything you need is available. The view is amazing but two pair of wheels is kinda necessary given the location high in the hills. On the other hand, if you have basic condition it's a pretty walk to the village.
