The pool was great.
Very outdated for the price.
We had an interconnecting room with our kids. We had no bedroom door to our bedroom. Our shower had bad pressure and water was going everywhere.
No bath mat for the spa baths only one for the shower which ended up very wet after a shower.
Guests under our unit were smoking the whole weekend so we couldn’t keep our door open as it smelt really bad.

The location, staff are helpful and it’s a good relaxing place away from home.
The fan in our room was bit noisy and the bed put together to make extra large double was bit uncomfortable.

the room was clean and comfortable . lovely outlook to the pool however too cold for me to swim
the staff were good on check in and ample car parking space
only 1 lounge chair in the room so had to bring I in from the patio.
had dinner at plantation restaurant which was fantastic however not having table service made it feel like a pub.

The location is excellent. A parking spot is a plus. My room faced the pool and was just on top of the restaurant. But, that wasn't an issue.
At the time of my booking, the pictures of the room showed a barn door separating the bedroom from the living room. My actual room didn't have that barn door.

Xavier was very nice at the check in. The eye fillet was delicious. Pool was good.
Can easily hear people above and walking in corridor, not sound proof at all, older room than expected, definitely looks nicer in photos. the room had a very strong smell of cleaning products.

Garden view was great to avoid the screaming kids in the pool. Would definitely recommend. Pool was great and not too busy. Staff was very helpful and provided an efficient check in. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay an additional night (it was slightly cheaper to book directly through reception)

Loved the design of the pool centrally so appartments looked onto it and could even access from some rooms. Beautiful area

Room had everything we needed to cook our own meals if we wanted to. Bed was comfortable. The pool area was spacious.
The noise from other rooms, people who came in after midnight. The sound travelled through the walls.
