Nice, tidy hotel at the center of town.

Housekeeping camera non impeccabile (copriletto sporco, prodotti igiene mancanti il secondo giorno), si può fare meglio.

The view was not bad - overlooking the lake over so many other buildings. The breakfast was a highlight with a very good spread and everything was very tasty. The staff were very friendly. In fact the FOM Irfan and Danuka at the Front Desk helped us with all our needs and so were the other staff on duty.

Nice view and rooftop bar.
I didn't have a hair dryer in my room and i took me 3 phone calls to get one as I had to rush to check out. Room cleaning should check and make sure that all items are in the room.

Though the hotel in personable is very good in rooms space, furnitures and other facilities wise, but poor in hygiene, cleanness, the bathroom need attention, the cleaning staff need supervision.

Stayed here for the 2nd time. It is well located with some lovely views. Staff were good and effecient.
The breakfast was too small. Lacked the variety expected from a Radisson.

Food was not good at all we came again to this hotel because we stayed 5 years ago in it but now in our first day of stay we coudn't eat anything no choice in breakfast all food is just very smelly, need to be improved

Dated passage carpets and restaurant wasn’t well stocked. We asked for our luggage to be brought up in arrival but had to ask for it.

Breakfast is as great. Liked the fact that we could get get our own coffee. Danishes were very stale however. Rooms were nice and big and scenery was beautiful.
The tile in the bathroom is way too slippery! I slipped and fell and thought I broke my wrist. (Fortunately I did not). We mentioned it to the front desk and they didn’t even acknowledge we said it. Guess they didn’t want to hear it. Please put rubber stickers on shower door or a mat!

great location to explore kandy and fabulous value. rooftop bar was great and had excellent views of the city. buffet breakfast was also fabulous. rooms were as expected and very clean and spacious. would stay here again!

Value for money is horrible and the hotel staff doesnt carry radisson standards. Room service and housekeeping was horrible. Basic amenities such as dental kit was missing, complementary water wasnt provided on the 2nd day. No one receives phones. Overall, you would expect much better from Radisson

The location was ideal as it's close to the Kandy downtown.
The whole facility is a rundown and also the service was very poor. They need a complete change in the way they manage the facility. Staff requires good training in CRM.
Also, they offered a triple room with not enough facilities for three people. Very very disappointed. We never come again to Radisson Kandy.

I had very well that night. The bed and pillow were very comfortable. The location is good. We can see the view of the city. The room was clean and big for two people.

Very confortable hôtel ideally situated. Rooms are clean and modern. Buffet is correct with warm and fresh food. Good swimming pool.
Breakfast buffet in not enough quantity, if you arrive a bit late you don’t have enough choice. The bar doesn’t have all what they indicated in the menu which regrettable for this standing.

Comfortable hotel in good location.. lovely rooftop pool and bar. Friendly and welcoming staff. A perfect place to stay in Kandy. Will definitely come back here again.
