A big disappointment. Room clean and tidy but very small. Bathroom facilities worst aspect. Shower space is ridiculously small. Basin in separate area. Fortunately we were only there 1 night. Would NOT book there again. It was even tricky to find a staff member for check in.

my elderly parents were with me … no safety rails in the bathroom, getting to and from the dining area for my dad who uses a Walker was difficult… not well lit quite uneven ground and no ramp for ease of access to dining room. only 1 whole roll and half a roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl and a 2 night stay.

A cosy secure hotel room. Dinner available at the pub at night.

great location with very comfortable rooms and easy access to food

the step into the bathroom thst Stubbs your toe and the cupboard near the kettle with sharp corner at head height

Great little spot, would highly recommend it to anyone traveling either alone or as a couple. Charge back to the room was very convenient and the food as always was fantastic. highly recommend the sausages and mash.

Had breakfast at a nearby cafe, which was very good.

There are currently a large amount of renovations happening and it makes it harder to get around.

This was our second stay here and we were really happy with the room. Nicely appointed family room with the pub on site for a lovely dinner.

We ate at one of the local cafes for breakfast. We were unsure if you could eat breakfast at the hotel.

The rooms have been renovated and are modern and clean. However in the bathroom the old rusty shower curtain rail had not been replaced and the shower curtain had seen better days … it was the same in the room my brother and SIL stayed in … so if this gets sorted the rooms would be perfect.
