the room was located between the “kitchen” and the “dining room “; it was noisy.

Breakfast is very good

Quiet, safe, and clean place to stay for a few nights in Iquitos. The staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was a nice, added bonus.

AC. Very important in Iquitos.

It could have been good. NO INTERNET connection on the Wifi. Only cold shower but has a warm water nob. It's like they buildt the Hotel 10 years ago and neglected it ever since. They need to replace the AC as it driped. The doornob was screwed loose No botteled water in the lobby, most easiest thing to fix.

We had the worst night ever at any hotel so far, and the hotel owners didn't care at all, and made no effort to compensate. We stayed here because of the AC, that is needed in Iquitos. But the AC in our room didn't work, Since the hotel was fully booked, we had to stay in out room while the technician tried to sort it out at night , but they couldn't, so we had to stay in what could be described as a sauna. When we asked supervisor at check out day after how they would compensate, they had no interest what so ever, and was told they have no policy of compensation... There are many hotels in Iquitos, pick another, because this place takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

Location is great, the breakfast was really good, as promised

Absence of hot water (due to some technical problem), the room didn’t match to the one advertised on the site (still good, but different), no hairdryer

The price is reasonable. In pandemic is safe because there are not a lot of tourists. The bedroom was clean, staff very kind and the breakfast decilicious with tipical food.
