Needs more maintenance as there was a leak from the bathroom sink that was not addressed even though I everyday requested someone to come fix it as well as the refrigerator was not cooling the drinks and I had to ask for ice twice a day

Breakfast is good, the hotel is clean room is comfortable.

Firstly, I found the staff, particularly the security and porter team, less cooperative than I would expect from a hotel of your caliber. Their approach to guest service did not meet the standards I anticipated, leading to some discomfort during my stay. Additionally, I encountered challenges while trying to communicate with the customer service team through Booking.com and the hotel's website. The response to my queries was not as prompt or helpful as I had hoped, which unfortunately added to my overall dissatisfaction. I believe in constructive feedback and hope that my experience will be considered for future improvements. I look forward to hearing back from you regarding these concerns.

Service and facilities are very low - we had to call multiple times to remind them of the food order - there was no smart TV in the room .. I mean we have paid a good amount against a room but we didn't get good service and all

Before assigning the room they should have checked if everything is working fine, the phone in the room was not working, therefore if i required anything i had to go the reception and ask for it., causing inconvenience going up and down several times. when i requested to change the room, it took several hours for them to decide and change the room.

Location is very good as close to the shops and mall nearby. We were upgraded to the executive suite rooms by the reception at check in time.

The rooms need to be modernised. Hotel rooms seemed to have a damp smell.

Excellent service by Awari Towers Karachi. Safety and cleanliness are at the top level. Much recommended.

Almost everything, very friendly staff

Shower: Warm water was :( Had requested to let check, like one year ago. They promised to do the necessary checks, at the end no update and nothing happened. I did accept for the time being the cold water to have an unpleasant shower. Next time will call and ask, otherwise will book another hotel.

Lobby, tea soap etc

Poor service. Food basket was not available. Provided after several reminders. Initially hot water was not available in bathroom. After doing some work by plumber, hot water came after waisting lot of water. Rooftop dinner quality was not upto mark like five or four star hotels.

The room and services were as expected, clean and staff were attentive.

The fact that i gave booking.com my card details and they wanted another card details to take a booking from. They charged my brother under 96,000 rupees for 4 days. They took 130GBP then 50000 in rupees. And the card details too. To me for this reason it felt like a scam we originally booked tuesday till thursday for 164GBP on booking.com. then they charged 50000 rupees which equates to 140 GBP for an extra night.

Nice hotel clean and friendly staff who are always helpful.

The room and all other facilities were very good! The food quality in the restaurants was amazing, they have a Japanese Chef who definitely knows how to prepare food. The breakfast buffet and also the coffee was good as well. The pool is clean, the gym well equipped and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm looking forward to stay there again in future!
