We spent 3 nights of our honeymoon vacation in this beautiful place. It feels like your home, because what you need is in this house, from umbrella to washing machine. The owners, Josif and his lovely wife gave a bottle of champagne and a box of delicios chocolate as honeymoon gift. Thank you for hosting us. Surely, we will come back here again. :)

Great apartments with everything you need. Located 15-20 minutes of a nice walk from Old Town. Great sea view. Quiet area.

Everything: location, apartment and hosts. Nice cosy two bed apartment with sea view and big terrace was perfect for our shirt break to Kotor. Ljija and Josip were perfect hosts. Fully reccomended!

The location was more than expected. The view was stunning. Josip was very welcoming and helpful. He even arranged for transfer shuttle to Dubrovnik airport for us. Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Really great, well supplied apartment with a wonderful patio overlooking the bay. they call it a studio but is is actually a 1 bedroom with separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and dining area

We loved our stay at Apartments Ave R. We loved that the apartment has a washing machine and there were washing liquid pods to use. There were biscuits and wine for us in the fridge when we arrived. The host were super friendly and helpful and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This flat has everything one might need and more! Dishwasher, washing-machine, cooking utensils, beach towels, etc. It's very big and nicely lighted and furnished. We particularly appreciated being cycling (rental available 1min walk away) or walking distance to many things, including Kotor. We had breakfast twice at the nearby restaurant "Platanus", and the supermarket is also very close. Some beach lounges are available right across the street to enjoy the view of the bay. Our host Josip was very kind, let us a bottle of wine and did not intrude at all. It felt like we could have stayed some weeks there happily.

To say something: we had some weird smells sometimes but it might come from the street or the pipes. Nothing to complain about.

Mr. Josip welcomed us in front of the apartment and gave the details of house. He is an amazing person. Apartment is wonderful. Thanks for everything.

Lovely apartment in a great location. Short walk to a good supermarket and only 20 mins walk into Kotor old town. The private sunbathing platform at the waters edge with comfortable sun lingers is a real bonus! The owners are always around if you need them and are very kind and helpful. The apartment was so comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Everything perfect!!

Josip was an excellent host, the appartment is in a great location next to the Sea, with your own sunbeds and the apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. It is a short walk to nearby restaurants and cafe bars and a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the old town. We will definitely be back

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Ave R with super hosts Josip and Ljilja! Josip is a very nice, helpful and cheerful person. It was a pleasure to talk to you, Josip, and learn stories about your country and your beautiful house. The studio apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and tastefully designed. It had everything to satisfy our needs during the stay. The terrace that faces the sea is huge, full of green plants and flowers, with lounge chairs and a dining set to relax during the day and especially in the evenings. Kotor Bay is perfectly suited for those who want to combine sea and sightseeing. Kotor old town is within 20 minutes walk along the sea with magnificent views at sunset. I strongly recommend your stay at this place, you will be fully satisfied both with the comfort, the hosts, the sea and unforgettable views. Our stay in Ave R apartment was more than beautiful and we enjoyed our vacation. Ljilja and Josip and their beautiful family were perfect hosts, always on hand and we enjoyed our vacation. The apartments are on the perfect location by the sea, very clean, furnished with taste and with all needed facilities. Overall we highly recommend the place and we will come back for sure.

The hosts are lovely, they made us feel at home since the very first moment. They are a perfect combination of kindness, hospitality and ease. The apartments are spotless, and equipped with everything you may need and that you usually don't find in rented accomodation (dishwasher, all sorts of coffee makers, wine & whiskey & rakija glasses ;). There is a great big terrace overlooking the sea with lots of Mediterranean plants and flowers, and those who cannot leave their work at home can take quick dips in the sea and then work from the terrace. The private beach area (ponta) offers easy access to the sea, and the water is amazing just like everywhere in the Bay of Kotor :) I think we've finally found a place we want to return to every year :) Thank you so, so much for this experience!

We loved absolutely everything!

Location was excellent,about a 20 minute walk to Kotor town, 5 minute walk to nearest restaurant, Ellas. Our host’s brother met our car and driver close to the apartment to show us the way; very thoughtful as it was pouring rain. Would absolutely stay here again; with it’s lovely terrace and wonderful view!
