No hanging space in bathroom

There was nothing not to love about the Beachcomber Hotel. The staff on arrival were exceptional, the upgraded room to a waterview ( so much appreciated as its our first vacation for some time) and the view is just amazing. A beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Plenty of on-site parking as well. We dined at "Beachies" and again, the staff, the food, and that amazing view made for a truly wonderful stay. We are returning in another fortnight so we are really looking forward to our stay again.

The AC didn't work and the rooms were really hot.

we thought the menu in Beachies didn’t really match the high standard of the place. It was fairly basic typical pub style food and the place deserves a more interesting menu. By contrast we thought the breakfast in Pelican room was excellent.

Liked the Location plenty to eat there and around the place within walking distance to everything

original room had window facing black void below concrete slab. no fresh air. air con was also not working.

Bad experience with the manager at reception. Dirty pool and the surrounding pool area. Food quality was not upto the mark. Also closing time of restaurants is very early.
