Location was great, and good free parking. Nice, quiet room.

Bed was too hard and joined in middle. Pillows very uncomfortable. No sky TV...sport etc. When using kitchen tub to wash dishes, all water leaked out if the drain area.

unfortunately the windows don’t open and the air conditioning doesn’t work very well so it was a bit stuffy at times.

The property needs airflow there is a smell throughout the building, for the price we were very disappointed and with not be booking again

Toilet area was cramped in our room. Plumbing in the kitchen was backwards. TV remote had flat batteries.

Our room smelt strongly of mould. The net curtains facing the main carpark we broken so were couldn't close them to allow privacy with still having light and there were large rips in them.

The Quest is located a short walk fom the lake and the main street. As the apartments are located up a small hill,we had a room that was at the front of the building enabling a view of the lake. The apartment was very comfortable, good bathroom and wifi. The apartment was exceptional clean. Off street parking. The staff were very helpful.

Beds were not very comfortable and the place was quite run down the outside looks nice but when you enter the room it was not what we expected unfortunately! I have stayed at the one in Rotorua and although the outside is not pretty the inside was lovely and cosy there :) The Taupo room was extremely hot and aircon was not the greatest so a window to open would have been nice! bathroom shelf under mirror was not tightened to the bracket so fell out alot and all our stuff fell off and one of my items broke when it hit the floor:( bathroom light didn't turn off when we turned it off by the switch and then sometimes it would! Lovely staff but was expecting the rooms to be just as amazing as the outside looked, alot of thing were not working properly or damaged was expecting something a bit better for the money we paid.
