The rooms and consept inside was ok
There is a swimming pool but you can't swim because of dirt all times and days during my stay.
There was no dustbin in restaurant or front of bungalows.
City was out of walk way and there was nothing to do around hotel.
I have choosen and paid to hotel I was supposed to use pool bit I couldn't use because of dirty

The place is quiet and clean. The staff are nice and very helpful, especially the ones at the restaurant.
Staff are helpful but the hotel ended up charging me for much more than needed. And if anyone wants a hotel transfer, please note that one way costs more than 50 USD.

I loved the neatness of the room and surrounding premises plus, I also enjoyed having the option to dine from any of the three restuarants on site which were a walking distance.
I had hoped that the pool would be clean enough to have a swim plus there was a bit of noise from traffic along the busy road during peak hours, thankfully it was not for long.

Beautiful surroundings. Lovely accommodation. Great towels and shower. Comfy bed. Great gym. Super helpful staff.
The food was terrible. We ate at the Grill. We got to breakfast at 9am. Most of the food was finished. We were limited in terms of how much we could have despite having paid for bed and breakfast ie. only given one sausage . We were told my mum couldn't have the porridge oats she wanted as "it would take too long to make it".
Its a shame that the food let the place down..

The welcoming, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. It would have also been nice for them to give some guidance as to the services and amenities offered we had to figure things out by ourselves

This is my second time visiting Sandy's and its definitely a great escape from the busy city of Lusaka. The rooms are quite comfortable and spacious. The bed is firm with comfortable pillows.
The staff were also very welcoming and lovely.
Also the curtains make the room very dark so you are not woken up harshly by the sun in the morning.
Well I think the standards have dropped since I was last here. The pool definitely needs cleaning and the quality of the food needs to be improved.
