very spacious and well kept property in a good quiet location, but only 5 mins from Clifton or whiteladies. lovely bathroom and shower was amazing!

the only downside was the uncleanliness of the mattress protector on the double bed. my wife always removes the bedding before leaving anywhere to help the housekeeping and the protector was covered in unsightly stains and a ridiculous amount of hair! Not nice!

Slept very well. Very clean. Well equipped. Lovely and warm on a freezing weekend. Keys easy to pick up. Comfy lounge. Good kitchen. Excellent quiet location yet not more than 10mins pleasant stroll to the amenities of Clifton Down

We believe the property could do with a couple of days refreshing were the paintwork principally in the bathroom.

Liked the quiet location. Property was lovely and clean. I left the property clean and with beds stripped in order to help the owners/cleaners

No beautiful fireplace as allocated different flat to previous times. No beautiful chandeliers. Sofa in great condition but uncomfortable. All didn't sleep well, comfortable bed, but bedding (polyester) uncomfortable and would have preferred feather bedding. Bathroom tiles could do with regrouting 1 of the double bedrooms (under the window) hasn't been completely patched up / decorated (still has rough filler on the wall). Boiler needs servicing: On 3 separate occasions we had to top up the pressure as dropped to zero.

Great location. On site parking.

Only one radiator working (in the hall). The ones in the bathroom and lounge didn't come on. Kettle had been left to boil dry and had scum in in when used: needs a new one.

The check in and check out time we’re late and early but we knew this. Still think 10am is too early. One of the bedroom doors was really loud closing and hard to control - felt sorry for the neighbours

It was a beautiful apartment in a great location. The interior design was great and had the most amazing bath!

It is very expensive to park in the space allocated to the apartment, and didn’t seem to make sense with the hours the residents parking scheme was in place. However, they were very accommodating when we explained our situation!

Spacious, comfortable apartment in a tree-lined street in a lovely area of Bristol. Very well equipped kitchen, bright, airy rooms with high ceilings and a large bathroom with a brilliant shower as well as a huge bath! Lovely to hear bird song and animals from the zoo in the mornings.

Only problem was heavy bedroom door which made a noise when it slammed shut - but that’s a minor issue.
