Staff were great - very attentive and helpful. Room size was nice too, and the in-room breakfast service was a nice touch.

One of the toilets had a particularly musky smell.

Excellent location 6 minute walk from the beach and 20 minutes to the main shopping and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was excellent as was the cleanliness in the room. Staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. A beautiful main pool and rooftop plunge pool.

Staff were lovely from the time of booking till check out- very helpful and friendly especially Hendra. The villa was great too - spotless and spacious. Especially loved the bigger pool. Also good location to explore the area. Would be back.

There were a number of cats around the property making a lot of noise and upsetting to see them underfed.

The villas are luxurious, with spacious rooms, private outdoor bathrooms, large kitchen and private lounge pools. The is no “restaurant “ but the on-site chefs do room service for breakfast lunch and dinner. The food is great and inexpensive for the quality and convenience. For example, I think the mains were about $5 AUD. The main pool is huge, and because there are only a few villas, you’ll haven it to yourself a lot of the time.

The facility was well maintained and seemed new. the employee was friendly. overall it was enjoyable. We did not experience anything negative. location was also nice. There are nice bars and restaurants in the surrounding area. they picked us up from the airport as well, thank you. cleaning was also good. The room is convenient and adequate.

I think the whole concept of breakfast needs to change in Bali, not just here. :) breakfast is important in my culture but very different in Bali. It has nothing to do with the hotel. I write to write something. The facility is pleasant.

luxurious villas. tropical setting . very peaceful. The breakfasts had good choice and were served on your villa each morning by the butler . Rooms were cleaned daily .

The villa was beautiful. we love every bit of our stay here. definitely luxury. the location is great, the staff are so friendly and the bed is very comfy. I would recommend anyone to stay here when in Seminyak. wish we could have stayed longer.

Only a small suggestion it would be nice to have an outdoor table and chair by the plunge pool so you could sit outside .

Everything is wonderful except the hotel location which is not in walking distance to street crowd in Seminyak area The staff are very polite and helpful, the housekeeping staff will occasionally come to your room to clean up and even set the mosquito repellant for your room during evening.
