We really liked this villa, it was an "outdoor" villa, the only indoor rooms were the bedrooms, but this was great as we spent most of our stay outdoors! The villa and pool look exactly like the photos on the website, so rest assured you'll get what you pay for. The wifi was strong and we had no issues connecting devices, and staying connected (except when the power went out briefly during a thunderstorm). The beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for the three of us. The pool was fantastic, clean, and at least half was in the shade all day. We spent a lot of time in the pool! The staff were accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Soleil arranged for daily massages in the villa for us, and my daughter had her hair braided in the villa. We had very little reason to leave the confines of our sanctuary, we had food delivered and we did very little other than relax. I also want to add that we had to extend our stay due to our flight being cancelled because of the volcano and that was no issue (luckily it was available).

The location wasn't ideal for us, the main road is extremely busy and we tried to avoid crossing it at all. It is also too far to walk to the shopping and restaurant precincts in the heat. Drivers were sometimes unable to navigate their vehicles down the narrow laneway to the villa, but also often the main road was so busy we had to exit vehicles before we even got to the laneway. The only thing that didn't suit us (but wouldn't stop us staying again) is that the breakfast is served too late for our liking; staff arrived at 9am to prepare it but we were often up by 6am so eating breakfast at 9:30/10:00am was more like lunchtime for us (this was easily remedied by letting Soleil know and breakfast items were delivered for us to prepare ourselves, which we were more than happy to do). The other thing is that the included breakfast is predominately sweet (pancakes, fruit, yoghurt, toast with jam); a savoury option is available but will cost more (I don't tend to favour sweets, especially in the morning, but the rest of my party was happy with the options).

The villa was lovely - spacious, great pool, comfortable and well maintained every day by the staff who were so friendly and helpful. Contact with the villa during booking, payment and arrival was so easy. We hope to stay here again next time we come back to Bali.

Great location. Beautiful peaceful surroundings. The property was clean and spacious.

The house was near the main road, very convinient to move around but at the same time very quiet. Beds were extra comfortable, breakfast amazing, service outstanding. They organized a driver for us and a massage on the villa. We stayed few days here before moving to Ubud. My kids forgot some stuff in the villa and the manager managed to bring it to us the day after. I would absolutely recommend this villa!

Be aware that the main road might be blocked at peak hours if you travel by car

The property was absolutely incredible. The gardens were well maintained and were up kept daily. The rooms were great and the kitchen and seating area were amazing also.

The only downside of this location was the shower pressure and the toilet flushing system.

The garden at the villa is amazing. So beautiful. Soleil the host was fantastic too. So friendly. Thank you for looking after us.
