Stunning scenery, great views from the room, large spacious rooms and comfy bed. Degustation dinner with matched wines was very good
Brekkie needs to be improved on, first day my omette was cold, second day had the banana bread, seriously I’m not sure where the chef got that recipe but it was awful. Gave my wife a bite and she said it was inedible. Would be great to have a golf cart to take you to and from your room for meals, that hill is seriously steep to walk

Everything was perfect. The setting, the food, the care, and the staff. I couldn't rate this any higher. That's why we keep coming back. Absolutely superb!!

Amazing stay in the cottage, both blown away. Incredibly helpful & friendly staff. Spa bath in the room & nice glass of rose and cheeses complimentary in the afternoon. Great breakfast included. Couldn’t ask for more really! Very special spot!

Great view, and beautiful building.
The service did not pay attention to details, no toothpaste or toiletries although it said it was included, lack of coordination between staff members and therefore had to re-give them information multiple times. No proper curtains in the bathroom, so if you took a shower at night anyone outside can see you. Lack of choices of pillows. On the first day we had cookie time cookies which were then replaced with oat bars.

the view is absolutely stunning. Vineyard and garden are well designed and maintained. kitchen staff are very helpful and delightful to talk to.
I found two dirty cups the first night I stayed. had an infant stayed with us and paid extra 75 per night despite the infant did not require extra cot & food.

The property itself was beautiful and the rooms were luxurious. The cheese platter and glass of wine in the evening is definitely the highlight of our stay. Breakfast was lovely.
The room we were in didn’t have a full length mirror, and some glasses/tumbler to put makeup brushes and toothbrushes would have been good. I think the makeup pads should be removed from the bathroom (if you want to stay true to being environmentally friendly). If you are increasing any prices e.g late check out fee - it’s best to update it on all avenues (including your printed compendium, website etc) otherwise it’s just inconsistent. It’s also good business practice to honour what was originally quoted rather than quote new prices and to find it wasn’t updated everywhere else.

if you don’t eat there and go to arrowtown for your meals you will love it. had the chefs dinner, do not recommend.

Stoneridge we decided to make our special accom for our wedding week away and so glad we did! From the gorgeous establishment to its lovely and caring staff. We oh so enjoyed ourselves!

We stayed at the retreat and the views of lake Hayes and the mountains were exceptional! The daily breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly!

the staff we’re all amazing, super cosy, and a style of home id life in. great views watching the slopes, the food was great, daily cheese and wine platter, even turned our sheets down before bed! rabbits everywhere at night and night sky amazing. thankyou
just didn’t like the cost, wish I had a private bath, but we used the hot tub

Breakfast was delicious and their staff provided an excellent service.
We enjoyed meeting their staff - Simon, Thomas, Sally, Michelle and Sophie - they were so helpful and friendly and their service was impeccable. They provided cheese, wine and fruit platters and every night turned down the beds with a lovely chocolate on the pillows.
There wasn't anything I did not like - everything was superb!

Stoneridge is a beautiful estate and the room was comfortable, well equipped and private. Staff were super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. A marvelous place all round, was glad we chose to stay there.
